Beautiful home. Definite do again!

The views were gorgeous and the location was perfect. From the walking distance to the beach to shopping to casino and restaurants. The amenities were excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked . We absolutely loved it and will be renting again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Family vacation

The house perfect for a vacation. Close beach access. We slept with windows open to hear the sound of the waves. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to cook meals to the toys for the kids to play with at the beach. Wi-Fi was great to have.

Location and lodging is great .. however not enough kitchen towels .. only 1 !? And the only tv that worked was in the main room . I believe the 10 am checkout is too soon since we don’t get in till 4 pm

Location was excellent. Trager and Gas grill were nice additions. Hot tub buttons were all worn smooth, so no idea what they did. Towel bars fell off when you looked at them. No kitchen towels to use. It did have two king size beds, which was good for our very tall family. And then we find the permit from the county to rent the place was expired. Would we stay here again? At maybe half the price, we'd think about it. Three stars only because of the king beds and trager smoker.

At arrival the house was clean and smelled good, however we were told at noon that our check in time was delayed until 5:30 pm due to excessive cleaning…. I could only imagine why…? Day two, upon leaving and then returning a few hours later, the house smelled like cigars …. I’m guessing someone had a party. We paid for late check out, which I feel like they should have given it to us for the late check in, but at 10:24 am cleaning people showed up. She sat in her car and I was feeling like we needed to rush. My daughter in-law went out to ask if she was there to clean and told her we had a late check out. The cleaning person said “oh, it just updated….” Anyway. It is a nice place , still relaxing, and my toddler grandkids had a great time, that’s all that matters.

Always a lovely stay!

This home is well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. We love the hot tub and amazing views from the deck. This is our 3rd time staying in this home for our annual trip to Lincoln City, it accommodated our large group very well. This trip we especially appreciated the boot warmer in the garage and use of the BBQ. Upgraded living room couch was lovely. Thank you for an amazing stay-we will be back!

Great Stay!

Nice accommodations with view of the ocean and so close to the beach access! Beach asscess is further down from Roads End park so less busy. Loved it!

We were comfortable in the house and it suited our needs. It is an older house but clean. The beds were ok, not stellar. The living spaces were nice sizes to fit 9 of us. We were happy with our experience!

Relaxing

Love this house! Stayed here several times but I think there are new owners that have upgraded a few things and it looks beautiful. I will be staying here often. I needed a get away from everything and I actually slept most of the time on this trip. I left a day early. I’ll be back again soon and recommend this property highly.

Location with access to beach is great. Listing indicates it sleeps 13. There are only beds for 9. The home has foam sleeping pads for the remaining guests. The hot tub was convenient to have but was not up to date with chlorine. We ended up needing to purchase paper towels, toilet paper and eating utensils as there was not enough stocked for our group for 3 nights. All in all it worked out great for a fun end of summer stay as we did not spend much time inside the home.

when we arrived one bed was not made and one had dirty sheets. We had no soap for the dishwasher. I called and sheets were brought to us the next day, but was told we had to make them ourselves. They also brought the soap. We did get some money back on our cleaning fee, but this should have never happened. We also were given 4 rolls of toilet paper for 6 women for 5 days, Which was a problem. The dishwasher was dirty inside. Had some food stuck, but if no one had soap, I guess that would happen. We did not use the hot tub at all for fear it was no clean too. The owners really need to do some deep cleaning soon. We will never stay at that house ever.

Good beach house

This worked well for our group of 10. I think the listing says it will sleep up to 13. There are beds for 10 and a couple of couches. I don't think sleeping 13 is realistic.

Great getaway!!

Firstly, the walk to the beach is great! This house is big beautiful and bright. The two king size beds made it possible for my husband and I to each have our own room! What a treat! House is clean and functional. We brought our baby and it was very good for her and very few things for her to get into. Consider bringing a baby gate for the top of the stairs if you do have littles. Hot tub was great too! The only thing you would need are things in the kitchen like oil and spices ect. But all cooking utensils and dishes are there.
