Or walk around the 1 1/2 mile trail inside this large gated condo complex with 6 heated pools, 2 spas, workout gyms, large clubhouse with ballroom, library, arts and crafts studio, marina, fishing dock and tennis courts.
Outdoor patio area on waterfront with BBQ grills. This condo has 1 assigned covered parking space. At least one person on the lease must be 55 or older. Bay Island is less than a mile from the center of St. Pete Beach and all its restaurants and shops. Also, just a 15 drive to downtown St. Petersburg with all its art museums, shops and theaters.

Will entertain a discount for stays longer than 6 months.

Condo on the water
Great location…close to Gulf and restaurants. Owner was quick to handle any requests we had. The balcony overlooks the inlet where dolphins were seen swimming and we had some amazing sunsets. It was a good size condo for 2 people. We will be back.
