About this property

4* air-conditioned house, sleeps 6, enclosed garden with trees, communal SWIMMING POOL.

We own two similar houses, which are located in a residence of tourism, entirely reassured and in a closed and protected space, close to the swimming pools.
Rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday July and August. Outside this period the entry and exit dates are more flexible.

The accommodation is spacious, functional, Provencal style and very pleasant to live.
We send each week by mail to our tenants:
-The calendar of events on Arles.
-The newsletter of the events of the department of Bouches du Rhône.
- The terraces and gardens are also fully fenced, not overlooked, without noise and far from prying eyes.
- There are also shaded parts and sunny parts.
The accommodation is air conditioned or heated.
You have Internet, television, garden furniture, a very functional home equipment for 6 people
Our houses are very well located, perfectly maintained and in a privileged environment, surrounded by vegetation. Shaded and closed green spaces, hidden from view, are conducive to rest and relaxation.
You are also close at the same time, all the sports and leisure activities of the site.

All the expenses are included in the hiring: wifi, electricity, television ... except linens, sheets, towels, tea towels, that we rent in addition.

Nice stay close to Arles
The place has a nice little garden and is located within a (secured) holiday complex where you can use the shared pools or play tennis. The flat/house is nice, but a bit over-priced for the standard. However, we had a very nice stay close to Arles and explored the region a lot. Thanks again.

The mazet (little house) ...
The mazet (little house) is very nice, with garden, equipment and air conditioning. The rooms are on the top floor and the toilet on the ground floor. You have to bring your own sheets and towels. The condo is very safe, has nice gardening and the pools are good. The maeva resort nearby (whose reception provides internet access) is a little run down but you don't really have to use it. A car is required to move around the area (to go to shopping, town, beach). Be sure to bring insect repellant because the camargue mosquitoes are a little aggressive, but this is a general problem in the region.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für entspannte Ferien
Gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Drinnen und draußen viel Platz und Ruhe. Sie liegt in einem separaten Bereich der Ferienanlage, zu dem nur die Bewohner Zutritt haben - kein Massenbetrieb. Eigener Parkplatz. Gepflegte Pools, die selbst im Hochsommer nie überfüllt waren. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Très bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Nos hôtes ont été d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité pour nos divers questions (organisation, animaux, fourniture de draps et serviettes etc..). Un grand merci à vous. La résidence est également très bien pourvu avec de multiples piscines, court de tennis, squash, centre équestre et balade autour du lac très joli. La région et la ville d'arles sont également très agréable. Je recommande volontier.

Notre séjour à Arles
Nous avons apprécié l'endroit, la piscine et le complexe sportif à proximité. Nous avons moins apprécié l'aménagement du mazet qui pourrait être spacieux s'il n'y avait pas autant de meubles fermés à clefs rajoutés. L'annonce mentionne " Les terrasses et les jardins sont aussi entièrement clôturés, sans vis à vis, sans nuisance sonore et loin des regards indiscrets.", or les jardins des mazets sont en fait côte à côte (du coup, on profite du bruit des voisins); au fond du jardin passe la route de la résidence et en face une autre résidence avec vue sur le jardin. Enfin, l'espace extérieur n'était pas spécialement propre, il serait agréable que les épines de pin soient ramassées. Cela reste néanmoins une bonne expérience et une découverte sympathique de la région.

Nice house at great location.
We really enjoyed stay at your place the kids loved the swimming pool. There were many great hikes close to the house which we enjoyed a lot. We also liked visiting the city centre of Arles. The host wad quick to respond and we were met by a vey helpfull and friendly Beatrice and her husband.

Just Perfect!!!
Anne's place was charming, cozy and very clean. She was very hospitable and attentive. She responded to emails promptly. We enjoyed the pool, the miniature golf and the beautiful walks in nature. There is also a club house around the corner with squash, badminton, tennis, multi-sport field, work out room, sauna, seminar room, playground area and, a riding stable. In addition, there is a beautiful lake around her house. I won't forget the memories we created at her place. I would recommend Anne’s place to anyone that can appreciate her home. Thank you so much Anne. :)

Mazet 4 Sterne - die Sterne entsprachen dem Niveau einer höheren Ausstattung
Die Unterkunft entsprach in allen Belangen unseren Vorstellungen. Praktische und funktionale Aufteilung des Hauses, absolute Ruhe und ein Parkplatz, der Sicherheit verspricht, waren enorme Vorteile. Wer dieses Haus mietet muss aber auch wissen, dass es in einer Ferienanlage liegt und Zeitvertreib wie Disco und Bar des Abends sowie Einkaufen eben 1,5 km entfernt und in der Regel nur mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die Gastgeberin war uns in allen Belangen sehr entgegenkommend. Dr. Barbara und Gilbert Major

Der perfekte Urlaubsort

Le mazet nous a entièrement satisfait : un petit jardin pour manger dehors, un living-cuisine agréable et bien équipé, une excellente literie, le tout parfaitement propre. A cette saison le "village camarguais" est très calme, bien sécurisé . Le très beau temps nous a encore permis de faire de magnifiques balades à vélo dans la Camargue.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et sommes très satisfait de notre location. Nous avons trouvé votre maisonnette très propre,bien équipée et très spacieuse pour 5 personnes.je pense qu'avec lits superposé pour les enfants on pourrait facilement y séjourner à 6 personnes. les nombreuses piscines du villages camarguais sont toutes magnifiques. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Nadine et de son mari. Toujours disponibles et souriants. Appartement conforme à la description, agréable et fonctionnel et également très propre. Résidence calme avec tous commerces à proximité. En somme très bien.
