This newly listed 3 bedroom, 3 bath gulf front condo sits on the pristine beach in Perdido Key, Florida and is filled with luxury from the more than 300 palm trees all across the grounds to the private foyer unit entrance leading you into your amazing condo retreat. Once inside, you are greeted with updated decor and furnishings throughout. The spacious kitchen and dining area have all you will need to prepare whatever level of entertaining you desire with new appliances and plenty of seating at the table as well as more at the bar. The open floor plan allows you to include the living area if you are wanting a more relaxed atmosphere. There is a flat screen TV here for viewing and they are also throughout the unit in each bedroom so you don't have to miss a thing.
Once you are ready to retire, you are sure to get good rest in any of the comfortable bedrooms you choose and all bedrooms have access to a full bathroom and access to one of the two balcony areas of the condo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, balcony access to the main balcony, and a private bath with multiple vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed plus a Twin trundle bed with a Twin pullout, side balcony acesss, and access to a bathroom with a shower tub combo. The third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk, side balcony access, and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The side balcony has a view looking inland while the main balcony has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of seating to relax and take in the view here after a long day or to get you ready for it.
Make sure to take advantage of the great amenities available at Indigo West! The gulf side pool area is lined with palm trees and has a free-form pool perfect for adults to unwind. This pool also has a zero entry area complete with fountains perfect for kids to play. There is another smaller circular pool heated during colder months which can also be perfect for children. A 13 person hot tub is at your disposal along with steam rooms and saunas. Foot hoses and showers are available on the crossover when returning from the beach. There is a BBQ area on the south side with either a charcoal grill with a large cooking area or Big Green Eggs for smoking. Only a short walk across the street, the two tennis courts await and are surrounded with grassy areas on which you can enjoy playing or relaxing.
