Modern storey house with quite spacious and a large terrace overlooking the garden of 400 m2.
It is a functional house and very pleasant to live with 3 bedrooms upstairs. She is fully equipped. The garden is fenced. A sofa bed is unfoldable on the ground floor. The place is peaceful and quiet.
It is a residential area with bike paths, near the Pessac Zoo and the Eco-site of Bourghail. You will be 12 minutes from Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and beaches. There is a train station 5 minutes by car. You are also 10 minutes from Bordeaux airport
