The apartment is located in the historic heart of Bordeaux. Refurbished in the 18th century, it now has a unique architecture. The hypercentre offers a concentrate of the whole life of Bordeaux, you can walk through charming cobbled streets with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders.

Nice and authentic district, it offers many opportunities to discover Bordeaux by foot with its large typical places: the Place de la Comedie, the Place de la Bourse to discover its reflection in the largest water mirror in the world or the Place du Parlement for dinners on the terrace on summer evenings.

The public parking "Jean-Jaures" is 2 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is also 2 minutes from Grand Théâtre stop (Tram B).

From the train station: At the "Gare Saint-Jean" stop, take Line C towards "Gare de Blanquefort", get off at Place de la Bourse (10 minutes).

The apartment is 6 minutes from Place de la Bourse.

From the airport: At the "Aéroport Terminus" stop, take the Lianes 1 at the Gambetta stop. The apartment is 13 minutes from Gambetta stop.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
