This 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers so many special features all in the perfect location. Situated around the corner from Dolphin Marina. A quick trip down the canal puts you directly to open water. Offering access to both the Gulf and Ocean side.
Master bedroom is an en-suite with a king bed, Guest bedrooms both have queen beds. Wonderful screen in porch overlooking the canal to relax and have a margarita.
Enjoy the Pool after a long day of fishing and diving.
Area attractions include: Kikis Sand Bar and Grill, Dolphin Marina and just a short distance from world renowned Looe Key Reef where you can enjoy some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Keys. Little Torch is certainly located as it is just a quick 20 minutes South of Marathon which offers a multitude of restaurants and a variety of tourist attractions. Even closer than that is Bahia Honda State Park with picture perfect beaches. Key West is a 25 minute drive, where you can watch sunset and enjoy wonderful restaurants bars and historical sites.
