Bella Sirena 105 Ground Floor Barefoot Paradise Condo

This is a beautiful 1st floor unit in the Estrella Tower in the Bella Sirena Resort. The unit is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the swimming pool, swim-up bar, and Jacuzzi. This living room in this unit has been furnished with two brown suede sofas. The room also features a light birch wood coffee table, end table, console table and entertainment unit. There are a large flat-screen TV and DVD player inside the entertainment unit. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that opens onto the 1st-floor patio. The dining room has a large matching wood rectangular shaped table set to seat 6 people. Behind the table is a wrought iron art piece. There are two small windows on the other dining wall that give the dining room a lot of natural light. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting granite countertops and matching granite backsplash. The kitchen has black on black appliances which include oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen also comes with small appliances like a purified water cooler, coffee maker and blender. There is a breakfast bar area off the kitchen that has been lined with bar stools. This breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or as additional guest seating. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a white patterned comforter. There is a bedside table, dresser, and armoire. The armoire holds a TV and DVD player for your late-night viewing pleasure. The master room has a French door that leads out to the patio. The master bathroom has an elongated bathtub, a glass block enclosed separate shower, and a double sink vanity all with plenty of lighting. The 2nd bedroom also has a large queen size bed with a light-colored bedspread and a matching suite of furniture. The 2nd bedroom also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The 2nd bathroom has a single sink vanity with travertine in the shower and clear glass door. The patio has been furnished for lounging or for dining. There are a couple of lounge chairs and a dinette table as well. This is a perfect spot to enjoy some music and a cocktail. You will not want to miss the sunset from this patio. The unit also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will be very happy and satisfied with your stay in unit 105 of Bella *** Free WiFi Access***

Bella Sirena Stay, Condo 105E

The place was great, the only issues that we had was with the Casago company, ckeckin process was bad, we had to wait for almost 2 hours for them to come to the office and allow us to check in, then we had to go to the Bella Sirena from desk and do a ckeckin again, we were tired from the trip, so that was not a good experience.

Great spot. The management co. was awesome!!! The condo could have been stocked better but the mint co came through. Initially each bathroom had 1 roll of TP and kitchen had 1 trash bag/ 1 roll of paper towel. Lol. No beach equipment. We assumed a beach themed condo would come equipped. The mngr offered to loan us his personnal gear.

Poor check in

The check in is kind of a pain. You have to go into 15 minutes away from the property to get the key and only one key given and check out you have to go back to the office to drop off the keys. The property is amazing, and the room was amazing. The gate and office employees at the resort and very unfriendly and no help upon check in and getting the wrist bands for the guest.

Rocky Point Fun!

Our condo was just as listed. The ground floor unit with two bedrooms was perfect for the two of us. Being senior citizens being close to the pool - not only 1 but 2 pools - was important to us - it couldn’t have been easier. Parking was easy - right out front of our unit. Comfortable beds made for great sleep and we had lots of hot water for showers. It would be nice to have a chair in the bedrooms. Other than that we were very pleased.

Great ground floor Bella Sirena condo!

The condo was clean, well decorated and well appointed with kitchen utensils. The ground floor unit has a huge patio with stairs leading right down to the street with the swim up pool bar at your back doorsteps!

Great potential, but lacks maintenance and upkeep

We just returned from our 5 day stay at this condo. I am sorry to say it did not measure up to the standards we usually have from our VRBO accommodations. First the positives--nicely decorated and awesome location. Close to one of the pools and located in one of the closer buildings to the beach. The patio is gorgeous-3 areas, with seating in all them, alongside beautiful greenery. It's located higher up, so although you are on the ground level, you are up high enough to still have privacy and not see people are they are walking by. It was so convenient to store all our pool umbrellas and chairs on the patio and be able to walk around and enter the front door without carrying sandy items through the condo. Also, the condo was immaculate--super clean, and housekeeping stopped by the day after we checked in to provide more toilet paper, laundry soap, and paper towels. But oh my, does it need some maintenance. Contrary to what the description said, we did NOT have high speed internet access. After one day and multiple calls, maintenance came out and actually had to replace the outlet so we had service. The dishwasher did not clean, even when we ran it multiple times, so I gave up and washed dishes by hand. The dryer took over 3 hours to dry 3 beach towels. There was minimal hot water--had to make sure not to run the washer while taking a shower. The outlet in the master bath you would use for a curling iron or blow dryer did not work. And we found a scorpion in the master bathroom the second day. We paid over $2000 for 5 nights, and I feel it was worth maybe half that amount, given all the issues we had. We won't be returning. In all honesty, I doubt we return to Bella Sirena at all. Although it has beautiful grounds, we have found it is not being as well maintained as the years go by. We have had much better experiences at Las Palomas. I hope the condo owner takes this feedback into account and makes the needed improvements so future guests will have a better experience than we did. And I sincerely hope the owners of Bella Sirena resort also do needed upkeep--the grounds are just gorgeous. If it were better maintained we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was good. Location was great. Not happy with VRBO forcing Casago to charge me an extra $80 because we had a 5th person when we checked in. Not sure if going to use VRBO because of that moving forward.

Great Location not convenient to check in and out

Condo is part of a great community with great views, beach is amazing and we love the people that work at the Pool bar and restaurant. Beds are not very comfortable, you have to go into town to get your keys and to check out. No extra towels and washcloths. There was no sign that said we had to turn on the water heater. It’s a good thing I’m mechanically inclined and figured it out late at night.
