Villa located in the most touristic part of Martinique, on the southern tip of the Caribbean coast, leeward of the island, with its bars restaurants, shops, jets skis, windsurfing or scuba diving. At 300m is the large white sand beach (sea tip). Emerald green, very quiet, without wave or current. 10 minutes walk from the typical village of Sainte-Anne, fishermen, market, shops and bars and restaurants.
