Dothan Value Getaway

The VRBO provided the essentials and had general cleanliness. The neighborhood is quiet. Nearby restaurants are primarily fast food, so you'll have to travel a bit for non fast food. Dothan is a 20-30 min drive and has a variety of restaurants. Golf is also 20-30 min drive away (RTJ Highland Oaks and Dothan National). The host was very responsive for any questions/issues. Good value for the money.

Overall Good Stay

The only complaint I would have and it’s very minor, the doors need oiling. While I was sleeping my husband opened the bedroom door and the squeaking woke me up. Also the air fresheners bothered my husband.

Two night stay just what we needed.

We asked about a toaster because there wasn’t one. The host brought us one so we’d have it for our breakfasts. We had a closing in Enterprise so this is handy location. Good stay!

Perfect stay

This location is perfectly placed to my needs. Fort Ruckers' front gate is around the corner and getting to the highway is easily done. The house is clean and perfect for our needs. Would recommend it to anyone visiting or attending a graduation.

Perfect Stay

This place was a great experience. We only stayed one night but it provided everything we needed. Upon entering it smelled wonderful, bonus points there. Everything was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. I didn't get to utilize it but I did see there was an desk space for working. Plenty of extra towels and had some additional toiletries which was a nice touch. We needed a place close to Enterprise and it was less than 15 mins so it worked really well. The host was also very communicative and answered questions really quickly and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

Enjoyed this nice apartment. Comfortable stay with most all kitchen amenities needed. Upstairs neighbors have loud dogs, but this isn’t the fault of the owner. All issues and requests from the owner were handled quickly and with a smile.

Alabama back woods

The beds were comfortable. Nice decor. I liked the minimalist vibe. Lots of towels, wash cloths, blankets and sheets. It was lacking in kitchen utensils, we didnt find any body soap and she came by to change the batteries for the door lock the morning after our arrival. The upstairs neighbors The apartment was humble and comfortable. The owner was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable there. The apartment was very clean, smelled wonderful, had all the amenities and was well stocked. It could use a little updating. The complex is a bit run down and the grounds need cleanup, but we felt comfortable coming and going. Overall we had a good stay. We would stay again.

The property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, and literally a stones throw from Ft Rucker’s gates. Yes, the parking lot has pot holes, and yes the top floor neighbors are a bit heavy footed... these are out of the property owners control. The apartment was more than comfortable while visiting my son. Ace (my special needs dog) was well received and the property owner/manager was very understanding of the situation that occurred. There is a pet fee once you check in.

Was very nice and clean! Owner was sweet and accommodating! Was in lack of a few cooking utensils.

Was a great experience! Me and my husband had a space to spend some quiet time together!
