Nice retreat

Plenty of seating in living and dining space. A quiet neighborhood that’s quick to head to LBI. Overall, the house was very clean- just some deep cleaning of rugs and walls could be beneficial. The AC wall unit in the living space does make the bedrooms hotter, especially if sleeping with the doors closed. There was one fan, but I was glad I brought one of my own as well. Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms could also be a great addition. We enjoyed this space, its amenities and its decor. I would certainly rent it again!

Cozy little bungalow on the bay

Cute spot. Clean and cozy. Perfect for my family of 4. My two sons had a great time playing in the yard which was mostly why I booked this property. My youngest is only 1 so we knew we wouldn’t be out late. It was nice to have dinner outside by the water. We brought our outdoor projector and did movie nights under the stars. Great spot if you are looking to take it easy and aren’t looking to spend a ton of time on the main island. Surf City beach was like 20 min away (we went mid week, no traffic). The adventure park at the Holiday Inn was a good close alternative to Fantasy Island. Nice restaurant, ziplines, go carts and an arcade. Mike was easy to get in touch with. We had no issues with our stay other than the bedrooms do get a little warm at night since there is only one large AC Unit towards the front of the house. Nothing major! Would book again.

Perfect Size and Spot

Perfect spot for us, close to golf and a lot of good spots for drinks/food/breakfast spots. Very comfortable housing, well decorated. Great for sitting outside and talking at night

Relaxing and clean! A home away from home!

We were incredibly surprised by the cleanliness of this place! It is very obvious that the owners are meticulous in their cleaning efforts and this made our trip so much more relaxing. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the back yard/water is such a nice place to to sit and read, eat,or just breathe in the fresh salty air. The owners were accommodating and prompt in their communication. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect Spot

Easy access to LBI, clean, perfect beach house for the 4 of us. Very thankful for little extras they provided for us!! Paper towels, napkins, toilet paper. Backyard was awesome and very relaxing. Owner was very quick to answer questions. We will be back 😉

A great get-a-way

We had a great time in this little house, perfect for our family of 5. Conveniently located on the main land and close to everything we needed. It was clean, the owner was very responsive when we had questions and it was quiet enough to sleep with windows open! This was a treat because we live in Florida where it’s too hot to just open windows…. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area and I highly recommend this rental!

Great Bungalow in Beach Haven West.

On a lagoon, great neighborhood, house had everything we needed. Amenities as stated, owner answered all text immediately. Great nautical decor. Great restaurants in the area. Bagels and Beyond right around the corner- excellent choice for breakfast! Great stay- we will be back.

Clean house, good location

The house was clean and as described. Well stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to LBI and close to several stores and restaurants. Great for kids! Michael was very flexible and accommodating for our group.

Terrific stay

Mike’s beach house was everything we were expecting and more. It was perfect for our family of 4. Mike even had basic amenities (ie paper towels, dishwasher detergent, shampoo) available to use. I have never experienced that before in a rental and it was a nice surprise. The lagoon is terrific and we used it to kayak and fish and just sit outdoors for morning coffee and lunch. Great stay - Mike was amazing too.

This home was spotless! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept the entire house cool. Everything you need is provided. Mike, the host, was always available to answer any questions. I definitely will stay here again!

The entire process was so easy

Mike was super quick with his responses. The house was very easy to get to and easy to get in with the door code. There was plenty of beds to sleep my family. They have an outdoor shower which was great to use when you get back from the beach or swimming in the canal. They had plenty of beach chairs to use at the beach. Great location. There is a bagel place right around the corner, gas station and take out food. Lastly, its perfect location to get to LBI which is right across the bridge.

I honestly have found my forever beach vacation home. The house was perfect for my family’s needs. It had everything that you would need. The location was awesome and even better the owner was even more awesome. Very easy to deal with and fast to respond.
