The condo offers 2 MASTER SUITES, with both bedrooms having direct access to en-suite bathrooms. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably with the queen sleeper sofa. There's also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large private balcony is curved and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable patio furnishings provide the perfect spot to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise, or to catch the magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings.

We offer a stocked kitchen that includes basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker, and a crock pot. We have a coffee pot, Keurig, coffee grinder, and a French Press!
We provide start-up packs of toilet paper, soap, and detergent.
Pier 33, a Convenience store located across the street, is a great little store that provides all of the extra little things you may need or have forgotten at home. No crowds and no long lines.
We will provide parking for 1 car with parking permit. A maximum of two parking spaces are allowed but we only provide one space. You must purchase the additional permit from the security guard on duty or if he is not available, you must purchase it from the management office off location. The permit must be displayed on your windshield.
GULF SHORES is Alabama's original beach town, Small town BIG BEACH. It has been a beloved spot for families to gather for many years. Enjoy the family fun entertainment, unique shopping, great food and especially the white sandy beaches and Emerald Waters!

We live in South Louisiana and my family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years because of it's close proximity to our home. We have owned and Operated Rental Homes for over a decade and we take pride in our homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. This is our second vacation rental at Island Royale and we will continue to offer the same level of quality and Southern Hospitality to our clients! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
One parking pass is included with your stay and must be displayed on windshield while vehicles are parked on the premises. An additional 2nd parking pass can be purchased for $35. The parking fee is determined by our HOA and is subject to change. There are some covered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There is parking on the first and second level. You will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license, provide a contact number, mailing address, email address and sign our rental agreement to complete your reservation.
OVERVIEW
Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping. Approximately one mile from The Hangout! It's a short drive to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.
GETTING AROUND
No Busses unless you are going to the casino in Biloxi MS (day trips). You can take the ferry to get across Mobile Bay and visit nearby Dauphin Island. You can rent a bicycle from Island Outfitters located a couple blocks from our complex, or you can bring your own bike. Getting around on bikes is easy with bike lanes on the street and extra wide sidewalks. Lots of people walk to their destinations, or of course get there by automobile, Taxi service, Lyft or Uber. Also close to airports in neighboring Mobile and Pensacola.
This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID, their Mailing Address, Email Address and Phone number upon booking. This can be sent by text or email. You are also required to digitally sign our rental agreement. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information and digitally signed the rental agreement
*** A $300 security hold we will be placed on your credit card on file two days before you arrive and will be released after you depart if there are no damages.
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.
***There may be times when our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. We will notify you should something come up during your stay.
