About this property

Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time. Beach access is directly across the street.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings. A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store. Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown. Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

Very convenient location to beach, restaurants and attractions

The house was very clean and well furnished. The front porch with its swing and chairs was a great place for people watching and reading. The location is across the street from the beach so there is easy access. The host was very friendly and left a very helpful informational notebook about local restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

My family had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was very clean and oh so comfortable. We were just across the street from the beach, close to many restaurants, and yet away from the main hustle and bustle. We all loved our time in this wonderful setting!

Amazing Beach Retreat

This place has it all, ocean views, centrally located, great people watching, and the owners are the best. We stayed for a month and it wasn't long enough. Highly recommend.

Perfect island get a way

This house has it all. From the comforrable beds to the luxurious towels and well stocked kitchen, this place is better than home because it has a view of the gulf. Lynn and Captain Kevin have thought of everything. The beach access is a short walk, a great cafe is a few blocks away and if that's not enough, you can enjoy the swing and chairs on the balcony while the palms sway in the breeze. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are already looking at the calendar for next year.

Wondeful place!

Perfect stay and spot. Very easy access in and out, the access to the beach could not be easier and the hosts couldn't be nicer and more accomadating. Great place to stay with our pup.

Great location and amenities

Excellent location for beach access. Walking distance to coffee house, book store, and more. The 2nd floor covered porch was lovely at all times of the day. An added bonus was a child-guard gate at the top of the stairs which easily kept our small dog with us. Very nicely stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful get away for our family!

We had such a great time in SPI and Lynn is a lovely host. The location can't be beat! Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of some excellent coffee places. We look forward to coming back again and exploring more of the area!

Across the street from the beach

We stayed here in December and loved it. It has a great porch area with comfortable furniture. It was beautiful sitting out in the evening having drinks with the ocean breeze blowing.There were 2 minor minor things that we brought up to the owner and they were repaired within the hour. There were all sorts of beachy things provided, but we just used chairs and an umbrella. The rental was decorated with a Christmas tree and other holiday things. It was very clean, the A/C was ice cold and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and cooking stuff. When we were there, the street and area was not too busy and it was quiet. Great place.

Cute place close to the beach

Loved the location just across the street from the beach. Owners live on site but are not intrusive in anyway. Would absolutely come here again.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I have been this beach house for the past several years. The location is right across the street from the beach access entrance and you have an ocean view from the balcony. We always enjoy our stay and plan to keep returning.
