Access to Lake Michigan at the Petoskey State Park is only a 7 minute drive. Trout Creek is surrounded by golf courses and located next to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. Birding trails, biking, boating and so much more all nearby.

Fourth of July

This place was perfect and all we needed for the fourth of July trip with family. We came with 2 kids under 2. Only issue was a ton of ants in the place. Until they came to stop them from coming in, we didn’t have our daughter sleep in the pack and play. They were very responsive when I reached out

Near Nub's Nob

Great location if you're skiing at Nub's Nob. Condo was nice; the LR was chilly due to a draft around the fireplace. Fitness and pool were adequate. The location is the main asset.
