Breathtaking!!

Great family vacation

The place was clean, new/updated appliances, has everything you need to cook (make sure to buy/bring all the groceries). Had beach toys, and a few chairs. I'd make sure to bring some sort of wagon for the short walk to the beach to bring your supplies. The beds were all comfortable, excellent views from 18th floor. Overall a very comfortablt stay and would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Miramar Beach is one of our family’s favorite spots to go for vacation. We decided for a second year in a row to stay at Seascapes Ariel Dunes. It was an awesome condo with great views of the beach/gulf.

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay at Ariel Dunes II over Spring Break. First time in the area and we really enjoyed it for our family trip. Plenty to do for kids of all ages ( and parents too!) The condo and pool area are bigger than they appear in the pics. The resort and location are wonderful especially with the golf cart to run to the beach, store or coffee shop. The only issue we had was some very dirty floors on arrival (dirty black feet after an hour in the condo) but everything else (kitchen, bedding etc.) was nice and clean....may have been a result of the busy spring break season. Comfortable beds and a great views- we would stay again!

We have stayed in Seascape four occasions now and love it! We brought the family and everybody had a blast. Everything was as advertised and pretty quiet (which we wondered being in the high rise versus a duplex). We would stay here again for sure

Awesome stay will book again ! The only thing was they don’t explain parking ticket we had on window and got a ticket . Not cool!!!! Need more communication with that ! They don’t tell you to fill out your dates yourself . Kinda crazy you could put any dates !!!!!

Great experience with “My Vacation Haven” at Ariel Dunes 2

When we arrived the condo at Ariel Dunes II, the rooms were spotless. The staff at ‘My Vacation Haven’ went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to check in on time despite the rush of the busy season in July. Everything was as advertised online with VRBO. Great views from the 18th floor, comfortable accommodations and easy access to the beach with the golf cart provided with the room. The cart was probably the biggest hit of our stay with our group as we were able drive around the area easily. We’ll definite be back!

A much needed girls trip

The place and the view was immaculate. But we had issues with getting the ac to go down . We didn’t have instructions on where to find golf cart and two of the mornings was woke up to maintenance or construction using a sledgehammer or something above our condo. Convenience - good cart was a plus

Myself and three friends took a girls trip. We weren’t as close to the beach as we would’ve liked but the golf cart made it very convenient to go to and from the beach and explore the local area. Unfortunately we were missing a blanket on the master bed so it was a little chilly the first two nights before they were able to get one from Vacation Haven. The AC does blow cold, which was nice. There is a convenient store and beach store within walking distance. We were able to purchase a throw blanket there. The floors were dirty and sandy but they took care of it promptly. They were only a total of four washcloths and four or six towels when we arrived for the 2 bathrooms. I feel each bathroom should be equipped with at least four washcloths, towels, and hand towels so that you don’t have to wash laundry every day. Management was nice when we were finally able to get someone to contact us back about our issues. For the price that we paid for five nights I would’ve hoped that our stay would’ve been perfect but things happen. The condo itself is beautiful and well kept. There was cable, a stereo, a nice large balcony, and a bar downstairs. I believe the building was about 20 floors. There were a couple of pools on the property. There were some spare beach toys chairs and noodles in the closet. We met some nice people in the building that were pretty informative about the area and so forth as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as would return.
