This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms private home is located in the desirable Summertowne right by Pier Park! With the ease of parking, and walking location to the beach, this will be your new favorite beach home! This dog-friendly home is steps from the beach and will be perfect for your next beach vacation!

This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy! Each bedroom features a private full bathroom, and upstairs you can enjoy balcony views of the Gulf! The living room features plenty of seating space for everyone to relax after a long beach day, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, along with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features all-white cabinets and appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a half bathroom for guests near these common areas. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, closet, TV, full bathroom, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser, TV, and full bathroom as well. The kiddos will love the bunk room with a full-on the bottom, twin on top, and TV.

Great location but BRUTAL Beds and Stairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me say that Blue Swell is top notch in responding to any issues you may have. Now, to the truth about #18. The beds are absolutely the worst that we have ever experienced. The mattresses on all of the beds are like sleeping on concrete. We had to purchase foam pads to even be able to tolerate them. Blue Swell cannot control this, but the owners need to seriously consider replacing them. Now, to the stairs. This place is not meant for anyone with mobility issues. There are approximately 40+ steep stairs from the bottom to the top floor. Not only difficult for elderly people, but I would think for people with small children too. The location is great and the unit, for the most part is pretty clean. Just know if you stay there, be prepared for a chiropractic adjustment when you get home if they don't do something about the cement mattresses. And you will be able to skip Leg Day at the gym for a while due to all those stairs.

Fun trip

We go the last week of September every year. I liked this house so I booked it. Beach is close (I realize people can say that and it is still a long walk- it really is right across the street) , plenty of room, good area. Everyone enjoyed it. Book here!

Overall we were not too happy about our stay here. 1. The ice machine was broken 2. The washing machine was broken. I did contact the property manager and they sent out maintenance. Maintenance confirmed the washing machine was broken and that they would send out a new one so we were not inconvenienced but failed to do so. This resulted in us having no clean towels and sheets for our stay. 3 showers were not clean. There was hair all over them upon arrival. 4. 7 roaches were found inside the house during our stay.

Great place for our Christmas getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a nice time. The house was beautiful and in good condition. It shows a little wear as you would expect from a rental house. But everything is well maintained. We had one small issue which the management company took care of within 30 minutes of texting even though it wasn’t an emergency. Be cautious about this house if you have mobility issues as there are three flights of stairs to the top where the main living area is. But it’s well worth it for the views from the balcony. Living area was nice with comfy furniture, plenty of seating and a nice kitchen. We had our family come over and 10 of us were able to be together very comfortably. Overall a very nice place.

Family vacation with our Dog

Very clean and nice. Pet friendly was a plus! Pool onsite was well maintained and very close to unit. Three stories was awesome until day 2 and 3😑 Overall a wonderful vacation and great experience.

Beach and Shopping

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for the beach with 2 entries right across the street. Pier Park shopping within 5 min walk . We stayed in the #18 unit. Unit was clean and as shown in pictures. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks towards the beach. The other upstairs bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the pool. The master bed was a little creaky ( extra springy), the kids below definitely hear that type of adult activity if you catch my drift. I think that bed could be upgraded, of course that’s just my opinion. The kitchen had almost everything you need. There wasn’t a baking tray , cheese grader or anything to store left over food in but we made out fine. Overall it’s a good spot and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay! Great location!

We had a great stay and the location was perfect and within walking distance of almost anything you could need! Absolutely no complaints from us at all.. but I don’t think I realized there were so many stairs from the listing. It wasn’t a problem for us at all but I could see it being a bit much for very small kids or elderly folks. Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Good vacation with a few hiccups

The website was easy to navigate and they sent detailed, easy instructions to follow, from checking in down to what to expect. There was an issue with the dryer in the unit and they sent someone out in a timely manner to fix it. However it needed a part, which they ordered as soon as they could, which took a couple of days since it was a holiday weekend. So not having a dryer in the beginning was a headache but they resolved the issue as soon as they could. The house was nice, but walking up the stairs every day was a lot. The area where the house was located was very busy and at times loud but it did not bother us much. The proximity to pier park was very nice and convenient. The pool was very close to the house and was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, however I’m not sure we would stay in this particular house again just because of the layout. We did not have anyone in our party that couldn’t handle the stairs but it was definitely a lot more than some of us were expecting. The beach access was right across the street and extremely convenient. The beach was very crowded the first few days we were there, but it was a holiday weekend. Once the holiday was over, it was a lot less crowded. The parking was also very tight. We had a Honda Ridgeline truck and a Toyota Tacoma. It took multiple tries to get them both parked in the carport. And the overflow parking for the area was always full from other tenants leaving vehicles. The parking was also made more difficult by someone parking a vehicle in from of there carport because there was not enough overflow parking. Again, it was a very enjoyable vacation but I’m not sure we would book this specific property again for personal preferences. We would definitely book with blue swell again!!

Super nice vacation rental

The property was beautiful and conveniently located. We were happy to find the house nicely furnished, clean, and well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, and cookware. All that we had hoped for and more!

Lots of steps

This house is in a nice location but wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and has a lot of steps. If you’re traveling with a lot of stuff be prepared for all the trips up the stairs. Beds are very very uncomfortable. Pool was green and someone only came by once in the week we stayed to “clean” it, and all he did was put chlorine in it. Cleaned a stain out of the carpet, not sure what it was but if I could get it out so could their cleaning people. On the second night there my husband caught a roach in the bathroom. We talked to another couple staying in a different unit and they said there was dog poo left in their unit. Don’t waste your money.

Across street from beach

Tropical decor. Cute house. Shared pool. Right next to Pier Park & across street from beach. There were a few issues which we noticed upon arrival ( rips in one sofa, broken window).. These didn’t lessen our enjoyment of our week. We reported the issues & sent photos, so that we wouldn’t be held responsible . We got a response stating that they would not blame us for damage, & window would be reported to maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful week in this house & would stay there again.
