Both with views of ocean and access to 50 ft. balcony. Large family room overlooking ocean with open kitchen. Laundry within unit. Monthly rent includes: :Wi Fi, Cable, and Air Conditioning. Amenities: 2 Tennis Courts, Large Pool w/grilling, Card Room, Billards ,, Ping pong, and Gym. The Marbelle Club building is secure with key access only and has only 8 units per floor.
