No hot tub

We specifically booked this location to use a hot tub, we got there and it’s full of cement. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that you couldn’t stay in there for over 30 minutes without getting a headache, we were very disappointed. Several little things wrong in the room, wall outlets coming out, lights and usb plugs didn’t work. Toilet paper holder was off of the wall. No water pressure, took 20 minutes to fill a tub for water.

Good stay, could have been great. Breakfast was amazing

I thought our stay was going to be a little rough because of a delay in checkin, but it ended up being a good place to stay. The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was immaculate. The bed was not that great and the shower pressure was almost zero, but the breakfast made up for it. It was by far the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. Over all, it was a good stay, almost great. I would stay there again.

Overall a great experience!

We loved the place, everyone was friendly and everything was nice and clean! The boys thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings when we got done with a busy day. Great location, just 10-15 minutes away from activities. The breakfast Buffett could use a little help, there was no syrup for my waffles and the soft drink dispenser did not work. The suite was nice a spacious, 2 things I would change - I would put actual doors on each bedroom and make the lighting in the bathroom brighter, it was dull and yellow and hard to do my makeup. Overall a great experience!

Overall it was good, but they need a better maintained buffet. Always out of something and didn't refill even if there was still an hour until they were done serving.

Property is older. Main issue was check in saying our rented VBRO rooms not available. Then found something to allow us to stay. We had prepaid for the stay and then got charged again by Hotel at checkout. Big scam

There was dirt on the bed when we first arrived, had to order new bedding. There was also a few crickets in the Bobby (to be expected in this area). Breakfast was good and environment was quiet and comfortable.

When we checked in they did not have the room available that we had booked and confirmed. They put us into two rooms to accommodate for their error. It was disappointing since our family was looking forward to sharing a double suite. One of the two rooms that we were moved to was dirty and missing items. I did appreciate that they took some off on the bill. The breakfast was good and the location was as well.

Everything was OK except the fact that the picture when you reserve your stay has a nice scenario that the pool is fully functional and ready to use. If I would ha e know that the pool was not working I would have not stayed here. Everything else was fine except that they didn't tell me the pool wasn't working until I got there. With a family we were looking forward to going to the pool, but had to go to Hurricane Harbor. We had to make a extra expense that we didn't want to do. Please whom ever does there online promotion please let the consumer know before they reserve their stay.
