Great property

Super convenient to "The Factory" and the downtown historic district of Franklin. Owners are awesome and they obviously take great pride in their properties. Very thankful we were able to stay here.

We had the most amazing stay! We stayed here for 10 days and eloped. Matt and Kara were very responsive and accommodating to us. They treated us so well and we are so happy we got to enjoy this space. I’d been eyeing it for a while now! They are an amazing team with what they have created. We stayed for a week and could not have found a more cozy accomodation. The decor was charming, the beds super comfortable, and the walk into town a very easy 10 minute stroll. Our parents stayed in the other unit which made our family reunion even that much more delightful.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute duplex. We were fortunate not to have neighbors during our stay, but appreciated the separate outdoor as well as indoor spaces. The home is within walking distance of both downtown, and The Factory. The fish tacos at Mojo’s Tacos were amazing!
