Beach Haven sits in an enviable position in St Ives with stunning views through floor to ceiling windows across to The Island, Porthmeor Beach, Godrevy Lighthouse and along the north Cornish coast. This really is a holiday home by the sea! Surfing at Porthmeor Beach and the vibrant St Ives harbour and Tate Gallery is only a 5-minute walk. Turn left out of the door and you are on the South West Coastpath within 2 minutes.

Entered through a sunny private courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or breakfast.

Contemporary decor where your comfort and enjoyment of Beach Haven is our primary concern, from the moment you arrive to the last day of your stay we want it to be perfect in every way.

Wander to the local deli and grab some yummy local produce to create a fabulous meal in our fully equipped kitchen or be spoilt for choice by the excellent local restaurants, everything from perfectly slow roasted coffee, fresh fish & chips to a gourmet meal. St Ives has so many wonderful places to eat you really will be spoilt for choice.

A sumptuous master bedroom complete with sea views is the perfect place to wake after a relaxing night sleep. The twin overlooks the sunny private courtyard.

Our gorgeous bathroom with rainwater double shower, freestanding bath and limestone floors is the perfect place to relax and unwind as you start your holiday.

A private parking space at the front of the property means you can happily explore Cornwall and know you have guaranteed parking on return.

Perfect Family Getaway at Beach Haven: Immaculate Property with Stunning Views

We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven in April. The property was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, offering plenty of space for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from Porthmeor Beach and central St Ives, with stunning views of the beach from the property. The kids fully embraced the natural activities available along the coastline, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Beach Haven for families seeking a relaxing or adventure-filled getaway.

Clean, cosy and well positioned

My family and I had a lovely break in Beach Haven, St Ives. There are super views across Porthmeor beach from the front, it's a 5 minute walk down the hill to the Tate Modern & Porthmeor; and a 12 minutes walk into the main centre and harbour area. The house is compact, clean, very well equipped, and perfect for a comfortable getaway. Thanks so much - we'll be back!

Lovely cottage in great location

Rachel was a really good host, the cottage is set up perfectly and is in a great location with views of the beach/sea. St Ives is amazing and would highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous Views in St Ives

Great location close to the beaches and all that St Ives has to offer. The house is very comfortable, really great kitchen with everything we needed. Parking space great bonus. Quietest place I’ve ever stayed, even the birds didn’t wake us. We particularly loved the sea view all the way up the coast, amazing! Nice sun trap in the patio with great shelter from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay again. Rachel was very helpful with any questions we had.

A clean and comfortable house in a great location

Our family of four stayed here for two weeks in August and we had a brilliant time. The house is nice and clean and has all the amenities you need including an excellent coffee maker! Rachel couldn't have done anymore for us; she even organised a bed linen change after week one. Many thanks for looking after us during our stay Rachel; we will definitely be back one day soon.

Perfect little staycation

Our holiday

We had a lovely time in St Ives. The house was clean and tidy, great that it had its own parking space. The view of the sea was fantastic from both the lounge and master bedroom.

Everything you need in a home from home property in lovely St Ives!

We were really comfortable in Beach Haven. Very clean and modern with everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. We had a welcome pack of cream tea and a bottle of champagne for the New Year! I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Lovely house, well equipped in a great location

We loved it here. The house was modern and clean, with a nice welcome gift. There's everything you could need, including a shed full of body boards and wind breaks. It's well stocked with books if you don't want to bring your own, and the view is amazing. Great communications from Rachel. A fantastic holiday in wonderful St Ives.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, Top Lage, herzlicher Empfang!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer hervorragenden Lage mit Meerblick. Modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht (sogar einem Weinkühlschrank) und sehr sauber. Sehr nett fanden wir den herzlichen Empfang: Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir Brot, Scones, Butter, Cream, Marmelade, Tee und Kaffee vor - der erste Cornish Cream Tea konnte sofort beginnen. Wir erinnern uns sehr gerne an diesen Aufenthalt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Simply Fabulous

The place was simply lovely and quite central. St Ives and Cornwall are a gem. The property is very clean and tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities. Beds very comfortable. Huge TV. Welcome pack was well appreciated especially the scones which included clotted cream strawberry conserve and butter! Thanks Rachel for your extra touch and prompt replies. We loved every minute and would recommend it to anyone!

Spacious, clean and comfortable

The location of the property is up a steep hill from the town of St Ives. At first this was intimidating ,but we adjusted to it quite well and enjoyed our morning walk into town for shopping and coffee etc. We enjoyed the visits to the bakery and butchers. Very friendly service and excellent quality products. St Ives is ideally located to the coastal pathway which is a highlight experience for any outdoor enthusiast and walker. Parking can be a problem as there is no assigned parking for this property, although there are a number of parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis and we did manage to get a spot each time we needed one. There are stairs to the 2 bedrooms that may present difficulty to some. Would recommend a stay to our friends.

Perfect getaway

The apartment is very cosy, nicely furnished and with every appliance one cold want + Nice cut with large open kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs and roomy bathroom with huge shower Nicely furnished and decorated, all in very good condition Tv and Dvd in living- and both bedrooms Nice ocean view Fully equiped with microwave, oven, freezer and two fridges Very clean Outdoor area with morning sun Very attentive landlords, questions were answered very quickly, issues resolved 👍🏻 St. Ives is a very pretty town that feature a cozy waterfront/ harbour, lots of restsurants and bars as well as plenty shopping opportunities - First time not easy to find- but a good description is being given Fridges and heating can be noisy at times when running Sink in bathroom can be difficult to reach for wide shouldered males 😂 (60cm plus) Bed in childens bedroom are 2m only as well as blankets. I definetely recommend coming here!

Very homely, clean and in a superb location.

Beach Haven suited us in every way. Very close to the main beach, local to all shopping and resturants. And everything we needed was catered for. Also the rooms and bathroom were very spacious. Highly recommended! Excellent place.

very comfortable and well equiped

We had a fabulous stay at Beach Haven, the property was modern and well equipped to deal with a small family. The views are stunning and the walk to Porthmeor Beach is beautiful. There is lots to do for families and friends. I would recommend Beach Haven.

A family of five we wanted to provide a welcoming home for our guests to enjoy St Ives. Our children grew up on the beaches of St Ives and we visit as often as we can having lived there for several years.

Why they chose this property

St Ives is the most beautiful town which is famous for attracting artists due to the unique quality of light. We fell in love with St Ives many years ago and feel very privileged to own Beach Haven. We love to share our home with our guests so that they too can stay in high quality accommodation with a fabulous view in this very special and unique location in beautiful Cornwall.

What makes this property unique

The views are fabulous, whether you sit on the sofa in the living room with its floor to ceiling glass wall which takes in the views over the sea, beach and island or if you wake up in the morning, open the wooden blinds and take in the view from the master bedroom. It wasn't until we finished renovating Beach Haven and sat on the sofa for the first time that we appreciated exactly how fabulous the views are! We also have a private parking space at the front of the house which is a real bonus for St Ives.
