This lovely studio is perfect for a relaxing romantic getaway. The top floor center studio features an extra large balcony to soak in the fabulous views of the Gulf and overlooking the pool and hot tub. Imagine watching the sunset from the cozy patio sectional sipping a frosty beverage. The kitchenette has granite countertops and is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and blender.

Spend a day at the pool, relax in the hot tub or simply grab a lounger and soak up some of that Florida sunshine. Of course, you'll also want to enjoy some beach days - head across 30A and east for about .03 miles and you'll find your beach access at Sunset Beach. Get ready to dip your toes in the sand and spend some time in the salty Gulf waves. Or if you prefer, you can ride the complimentary shuttle that runs in season.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures online are not up to date. The pictures show more ocean that what is actually visable there now due to new houses being built. The pictures also show a wooded area next to the building, but in reality is a constriction lot and very busy and loud. Listing needs to be updated.The unit is very dated and needs lots of cosmetic updates

A Few Simple Things Could Have Made All The Difference

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit with a great view! The attention from Benchmark was clearly lacking. We were giving dishwasher tablets with no dishwasher but were not given any paper towels or toilet paper. I called and they told me that was their policy. The mattress was firm which was great but pillows should be replaced. Unit was clean. Deck furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Property management company definitely needs to be replaced.

A little disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Seacrest condos many times in the past, but had never NOT had any hangers, which made our stay very difficult. Not enough TP or kitchen paper-towels. There were only two wine glasses, one plastic, and were not the same size. Husband found the mattress too hard and ended up with back pain. Furniture overall quite worn, but we did not expect a 5-star hotel. However, the welcome mat out front was beyond dirty and worn. Not welcoming at all.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattress was replaced after several years of concern about the mattress being uncomfortable. The views from the lanai in the rental listing are now obstructed due to continuing construction in the area. Two of the three open views from the balcony are now obstructed and pictures should be updated to reflect that the views have changed. The lanai sliders were dirty along with the floor. The curtains were ripped and the screen mesh on the screen door was torn.

Property owner upgraded mattress which was terrific. However the balcony views of the ocean are now blocked due to new construction. Two of the three open views in the listing are now completely obscured from new development. Maybe it is time to update photos to reflect actual balcony views. Condo has mildew in tub and sliding windows were dirty. Drapes were ripped at the bottom as well as the mesh on screen door.

The instructions were perfectly outlined and I would 100% recommend this to anyone. My only complaint and they are small is the sheets were a little scratchy and the air conditioning never got below 75 even when set on 65. But it was Florida so 😁😁

Unit needs updating but good stay
The condo itself needs some serious updating. Very outdated, cracks in the floor, bedding is not as pictured in the listing, bed is not super comfortable (could use a foam pad or something). Could use a repaint on the interior and the exterior door. That being said- the unit was clean and the balcony is the showstopper. Very spacious and we enjoyed spending time out there, as well as in the pool and hot tub. The location is also great- walking distance to Alys and Rosemary.

Unsecure Room, Poor Communication, Roaches, 18 yr Old Mattress
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Benchmark Management team gave our room code out to a contractor without our knowledge. This was escalated to a management level according to Mckinzie but we have yet to hear back in over a week about why we were not notified in any way about a contractor entering our room without permission. Also Benchmark did not only did not notify us of a contractor entering the space but they did not send a new code so we could be secure in the room. Roaches enter the space daily under the front door or through the holes in the wall of utility closet. Owner knows of this issue but does not make it a priority to fix the door sweep or holes in the utility room walls. The mattress in the space is 18 years old and the owner refuses to upgrade or add a topper after several reviews stating how uncomfortable the mattress is. The owners response was."comfort is a personal preference". Plan on bringing bug/roach spray and using it daily. Also plan on buying a queen mattress topper so you have a good nights rest so you can enjoy being active in the area. I have reached out to both Benchmark and the owner through Benchmark about these issues but nothing changes but they collect their fee and owner collects his rent. I would not suggest renting any space that uses Benchmark as the management company or a property that is owned by Garrett Realty.

Benchmark property management allowed contractor to have our room code without our knowledge. I spoke with Mckinzie with Benchmark and this escalated this to a management level but we have yet to hear back from them in over a week. Owner knows the mattress is 18 years old and chooses not to upgrade or add a topper stating,"comfort is personal preference" even though many reviews state the bed is uncomfortable. Roaches continue to enter the room daily under the front door or through utility room wall pipe openings and the owner continues to not repair these items. Benchmark who manages the property is great at sending emails but terrible at resolving issues like security, roaches, and uncomfortable mattress.

Reviewer Comments: Benchmark associates accessed our rental without our consent and tried to say they thought we checked out. Benchmark associates gave pest control our door access code and did not tell us. We saw pest control pull up at about the same time an associate from Benchmark left the parking lot. I saw that the pest control man had written down our room access code as he was about to enter the room. Benchmark associates did not notify me or attempt to contact me regarding pest control holiday schedule on 12/23. I had to contact Benchmark to have the code reset due to it being compromised and given to the pest control person. We feel that our security was compromised so that Benchmark could access our space without contact instead of being up front regarding holiday schedule of pest control. This is unacceptable as anything could have happened with our access code being given out while we were still occupying the space. It’s hard to understand why Benchmark associates would not have just called and discussed the matter instead of the underhanded way it was handled without communication. Bugs continue to plague the room due to poor pest control. Also the mattress is hard and causes body aches and back pain. I notified Benchmark associates of both of these issues with neither being resolved. Security should never be compromised and in this case it was. I’m not sure what values are expected to be held by associates to represent Benchmark but it seems lacking in my experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good - Love the 30A Beach area has so much to do and love the location of this rental. First time in this rental but not in this building. Paint on walls is crisp and cabinets are new but peeling vinyl coverings on most of the door tops. The Travertine floors are terrific touch to this space. The lanai is the best feature of this space with a wide view of the landscape and ocean backdrop. Comfort measures such as HVAC worked great and no problems with doors function. The door entry lock system worked great with no issues. Storage was ample with lots of drawers and closet space to store your items. Bathroom was clean and supplied with toiletry items. The Keurig Coffee maker was a nice touch as well. The counter top is nice granite and the appliances are newer not showing age. The microwave works but a larger one would be better for heating larger items. The lanai furniture was seasoned but still comfortable and a nice touch. The Bad - Some of the disappointing items I found that the box spring mattress set is 18 years old which I investigated after my wife and I woke up with body aches from a lumpy bed. I found live cockroaches roaming kitchen and bathroom areas on several nights. We had no food in the room only ate out. The bathroom fixture has a wiring issue as one side lights up when "on" and the other side lights up when switch is turned "off". The dimmer switch for the hanging light does not dim. The lights in the entry way are miss matched. The hot tub is heated but does not circulate so bugs, debris, other body fluids etc does not get pumped through the system/strainer so who knows how clean the water is your sitting in. The toilet paper provided is the cheapest they could provide and would recommend bringing your own as they only provide one roll anyway. I emailed Benchmark but did not hear back from them on these issues. However Benchmark did communicate well with check in/check out procedures prior to and after stay.

30A area has lot to offer. Nice views from the patio with good comfort controls. Paint on walls were crisp and a nice. color. Travertine flooring is a nice touch. Storage was great with plenty of hanging and drawer compartments. Door entry lock was easy to use. A large refrigerator along with other appliances such as a Kureg was on site. Bathroom was well equipped and supplied with clean towels.

Since there are no hotels in the area except for one high end one, this one room condo met the needs for a short business trip. Was nice that the unit was within walking distance of the main shopping and restaurant area

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Inn at Seacrest several times and always had good things to say about it; however, this time we were a little disappointed.1. Our major complaint is that our access to the BEACH SHUTTLE was literally cut off. A fence was erected in front of our shuttle stops. There was a gate with a PIN pad but we were not given the access code. We spent quite a bit of time in the rental office trying to remedy this problem. Although the ladies in the office were very kind and hospitable, they were unable to give us a solution to accessing the shuttle stops. What we were told was that we had to walk between the fence and buildings of neighboring properties, through the landscaping (bushes, trees, plants, etc.) in order to reach our shuttle stops. With beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, etc., this is unacceptable!2. Also, beware that the BEACH SPACE allotted for these Seacrest Beach rentals is very limited and crowded. This is because local homeowners have claimed (legally) the beach from the high tide line to their house and will not allow tourists to walk on the sand except near the water’s edge.3. In addition, the BED was uncomfortable and slid around the floor very easily.
