Gulf-front property doesn't get much more magical and romantic than this! Located on the 3rd floor, this 1-bedroom condo has sleek features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a king-sized bed. The cool colored wall palette will draw you straight to the private balcony overlooking the sparking emerald waters of the Gulf. Have a little fun in the sun, get sand between your toes, and enjoy what beachfront living is all about!

Located in Seagrove Beach in an quiet community of Eastern Lake, you'll feel tucked away but rest assured you'll be minutes away from all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options that 30A has to offer. Enjoy exploring all the unique beach communities of South Walton. With miles and miles of bike trails and nature trails, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love with 30A.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Fun get away, Beautiful View of the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the living room and balcony was amazing. Beautiful sunrises. The unit was very clean. It was a quiet neighborhood. If you are and older couple, you mike consider a ground floor unit. Carry everything up 3 flights of stairs could be a challenge. The only negative comment I have about the unit is, "the sofa cover needs to be cleaned".

Dissapointment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredibly disappointed. Phone call from Benchmark asking if I had a golf cart parked in the parking lot. Said NO. Locked out of beach access while all beach items at beach. Locked out of parking lot. Did nothing wrong but lost over a day of time because Benchmark was only "Looking into i," while I could not go out to eat, go to the beach, etc. A full explanation will be given by calling my office.

Gorgeous views of the ocean and the private beach to this complex were the best part of our stay. Comfortable chairs in the living roomAnd an amazing shower. The picture doesn’t do it justice. We would definitely come and stay here again. We also loved how close it was to the old Florida fish house and shopping in seagrove and 30 min drive to Destin.

Great Condo

The only negative is it isn't keyless entry. We asked if we needed to pick up a key @ the office and the lady said no just need the code. When we got there that wasn't the case. We had to get back out and go to the office to pick up a key. Everything was great and we would rent again.

We enjoyed our view from the balcony and having private beach access. Upon arrive, the unit was very clean. There are a few things that could be changed to improve the experience: 1. Change out toilet seat. It looked very worn and gross depict the unit being cleaned thoroughly. 2. Keyless entry would be ideal. The door knob was extremely difficult to lock and unlock, not to mention worrying about keeping up with the 1 key.

Beautiful view …great private beach

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

We totally enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach is a bonus. The only thing we would suggest is a new mattress in this unit. There are two sunken areas where people sleep. Definitely needs an upgrade. Thanks, S.B.

Great Vacay on 30A

Perfect location, some issues

We’ve stayed in Leeward I and Leeward II many times as it’s our favorite location on 30A. This condo was nice, however the bed is hard as a rock, the refrigerator hardly cooled, and the freezer didn’t work at all. I contacted the management and we were told there would send someone that day and no one ever showed up or the following day.

Reviews online said this beach is laid back and would be a great honeymoon getaway. I drove hours from the keys here for my 2nd week of vacation and immediately turned around and drove all the way back after seeing how chaotic and busy the 30A is. I won’t be staying in this part of Florida again. Condo was beautiful though.

Great Location & View

The condo was nice and as shown in the photos. View and location were excellent. Ease of access to the beach, was great. The biggest issue we had was the lack of response from the property management company. Upon arrival refrigerator/ freezer not working. Had to use a cooler and ice. Several notifications to property manager, no repairman ever showed up and management company would not follow backup with us. Luckily refrigerator started cooling enough after the 4th day and we were able to us. Despite refrigerator issue, we enjoyed the condo and had a great week.

REPAIRS NEEDED DESPERATELY!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only view was blocked by broken, cloudy windows. Very disappointing to rent an oceanfront beach property and not be able to see out to the beach.Doors wouldn’t stay shut and ants all throughout the rental. Could not get assistance. Property has fallen into disrepair. No assistance from the property manager. Owners need a new property manager and they need to invest in updating the unit.
