Situated Gulf front on Highway 30A in Seacrest, Monterey B202 is a 2nd-floor condo that has breathtaking 180 degree views of the white sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This exceptionally maintained 3.5 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit sleeps 8. It features a king master suite with balcony access and a designer bathroom with double vanities, a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. There is a second king bedroom and a queen bedroom each with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bunk in its alcove room. The open-concept living area has a gourmet kitchen with an island with bar seating for 3 next to a dining area for 6 and a family room with access to the wrap-around furnished balcony.

The private oasis called Monterey Condominiums is nestled between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach. Spend your next vacation sitting on the wrap around balcony watching the magnificent sunrises and sunsets, play in the sand and surf or take dips in the heated pool.

The quiet 24 unit complex provides private gated parking. Guests can enjoy biking or walking to Rosemary and Alys beach for shopping and dining less than 2 miles away to the east. It is also convenient to fabulous restaurants and shops in the nearby communities of Seagrove and Seaside which are 6 miles to the west. If you are looking for a place to take your family to relax, explore and create memories together, your search is over!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We had no issues during our stay!Food choices in the area are wonderful! Our favorite by far was Cafe30A and Great Southern Cafe. Seaside will not disappoint!

Access to the beach and the pool were so convenient. The walk to the shops was a mile or more- we walked every day! The only negative to our stay ws the place was not clean. Our feet were dirty from the floors. It looked like someone cleaned it quickly and never mopped a floor or vacuumed.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Monterey however when we arrived the condo unit didn't not seem to be cleaned very good and there were some bug issues throughout the week. We also notices that the overall property was lacking in upkeep. The pool was dirty and had trash around many of the days. The stairs down to the beach had a few nails sticking up that we had to make sure to avoid stepping on. But the location and the condo unit itself were great. It was a good space for our family.

We were sad to see that the beach has been turned over to a beach service company that sets up a row of chairs and umbrellas blocking access to the water when only a very few were ever used. Had to wiggle through them and this took away from the beauty of the beach that had previously been so nice. If they (Jakes) would space out between them more, or just set up the rented units it would have been acceptable. Will be looking for that private beach feel elsewhere for future trips
