Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs updates and painting.. frig door is broken and needs replacing so does the range..range is all rusted... kitchen lacks kitchen tools etc., no serving platters .. overall not satisfied with unit.. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been vacationing at Seagrove for 11 years. It was our first town at The Palms. The units location was fabulous. Most of the unit was outdated but clean, and that’s most important. The guests above us changed while we were there. Both were very noisy but unavoidable in a bottom unit. There were musty smells in places which concerned me about moisture. The couch and chairs were nice and comfy! Two main disappointments: the internet went in and out our entire stay. Lagging every five minutes or so. I text about it once. Benchmark told me to resent the router but it wasn’t where she said it was so we just went to bed. Also the king mattress was very worn on the sides. I was in pain during the night and felt crippled after sleeping on it each night. Too soft for us.

Amazing location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Easy checkin process and perfect location. I did try multiple times to contact management through email and received no response and that was disappointing. Outside of that it was great.

The property is very nice but the unit itself was not as clean as previous stays. The bed was absolutely horrible, bedroom blinds were short of giving privacy by 2 inches, bath towels were sandpaper and looked unclean, only one wash cloth, never had a wifi connection the entire stay and the steps to the outside need to be painted 2 tone before someone breaks their neck, my husband suffered a twisted ankle and scrapped shin and the guy in building C did the same thing. Didn't even stay for our third night because of music through the walls and door slamming. Won't chose A3 again.

We came for the view which was not what we got - disappointed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive: Clean and good location. Negatives: ocean view shown in photos is non-existent due to overgrown hedges- nothing like Brixmor advertised. No smart tvs- very weird in 2023- there is inexplicably a VHS player, wifi isn’t sufficient for a zoom call, bathrooms outdated and one has no towel rods, old refrigerator side compartment arm fell off when opened, these “small” things add up but the view was biggest disappointment. I have rented many times from Brixmor and this is the first property I can say I would not recommend. I messed up choosing this one - we had a great time on 30A but didn’t want to spend much time here -fortunately not much rain!

Needs a little TLC

Dryer needs drum bearing replaced, very noisy while drying clothes. Fridge has broken and missing shelf on door. Too many remote controls for main TV to use especially for older people. Had a great week, enjoyed our stay very much and have booked for next year already but a different unit at The Palms A building. We have stayed several times at The Palms and love the place.

Central location

The Palms at Seagrove is centrally located on Hwy 30A, half way between Destin and Panama City.Our condo facing thr gulf was beautiful and quiet. Deer even came to browse around the vegetation. I highly recommend the Palms and hope to return in the future.

It could use some updating but was still nice to stay in. The bunk beds were a bit strange and bothersome to our kids- the bottom bunk is way too close to the top bunk so our 5 year old kept bumping his head. There also isn’t a ladder to get to the top bunk- just a wobbly step stool. Please fix the bunk beds! We would still stay here again though.

Great location!

This was our first time to 30A and it didn’t disappoint! This condo was a perfect location to Seaside and other nearby beaches too! It was also away from the crowds. The beach service was excellent! We walked right out our door to the beach daily. We were able to bike everywhere which was nice. The atmosphere of the entire area was quaint and simply beautiful! The unit is a little dated but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The bathrooms could use a make over. Our girls used the sofa bed instead of the bunk beds. Overall, we would definitely return to Palms A3!

Labor Day Weekend Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms A3 unit. We loved being on the first floor in the clean and well maintained unit. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding on the 30A trail to Grayton Beach and eating lunch at Chiringo, going to Bud & Alley's in Seaside for apps and drinks on the rooftop, hitting the HUB in Seagrove to watch college football, lunch at Seagrove Village Market is a must, and an enjoyable bike ride to Rosemary Beach for some coffee. Don't miss a great dinner within walking distance at Cafe 30A as well...you won't be disappointed. This is our third year using Benchmark and we have not once had any issues. The ocean water at this time of year is very warm and calm. The only thing would be that the bathrooms and kitchen could be updated, but really all was very clean. The closet bed was tight, but I guess little ones would have fun in it.
