Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, mit einem atemberaubenden Meeresblick. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Anwesen, sehr sauber, tolle Aussicht, schöner geheizter Pool. Alles Perfekt. Nur die Tatsache, dass sich im Untergeschoss eine kleine Familie mit Hund als Untermieter befindet sollte im Inserat erwähnt sein um Überraschungen zu vermeiden.

Great stay in lovely villa

We stayed one week at this fantastic property. The views are great overlooking the bay, and you get the breeze at the terrace which helps when the temperatures get high. The pool is great, the kids loved it, and the garden is beautiful and really well kept. The inside of the house is also really nice, we loved the glass doors that open to the terrace, giving you the feeling of being outside even when indoors. The surrounding area has a lot to offer, nice beaches, restaurants and wineyards. Everything in short driving distance. Would absolutely recommend a stay at this property.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location!

We have just spent a wonderful two weeks in this fabulous property. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the location itself is fantastic. The house was immaculately clean and well cared for, and the pool and garden were just superb, a real haven of peace and tranquility. We had a couple of problems which were dealt with very promptly by Mr Diemer the owner, who communicated with us very efficiently. We would not hesitate to return here for another holiday!

Une vue fascinante pour des vacances parfaites

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et très bien située, proche de toutes les commodités et des plages. Mais surtout, une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavalaire et un extérieur (piscine, terrasse, jardin) qui font tout le charme de cette villa. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir après cette semaine idéale.

Einfach nur traumhaft schön

Wir waren das erste mal zu Gast in der Villa von Herrn Diemer aber mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal. Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum... Die Ausstattung, der Pool, der liebevoll angelegte Garten und auch der unglaubliche Meerblick. Das alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sehr sauber und der check in war unkomplizert. Der Vermieter Herr Diemer ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl gut betreut und sehr willkommen zu sein. Es war einfach unser Traum-Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

tolles Haus-grandioser Blick

Das Haus ist super gepflegt und entspricht voll den Bildern. Die Küche bestens ausgestattet, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht optimal ist, kann man durch die große Fensterfront die Aussicht geniessen. Trotz des steilen Grundstücks ist der Garten sehr geschickt und liebevoll angelegt. Der Pool ist groß genug, dass man gut darin schwimmen kann. Den Bewohner in der kleinen Einliegerwohnung neben dem Autostellplatz bemerkt man überhaupt nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich und immer höchst angenehm, er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Für uns ein kleines Manko, dass die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ziemlich hart war, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wonderful property!!!

We once again stayed at this property and loved everything about it. It has amazing views on the hills and the sea. The house was very well equipped with everything necessary for our stay. It is a very cozy and warm and bright house. The garden is very well maintained and just breathtaking. And the best part was the owner is very quick at communicating and helping and replying to our messages. We plan to return many more times.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Cavalaire sur Mer

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön, top ausgestattet und alles in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Alles ist sehr hochwertig und nichts ist abgenutzt. Die Räume sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr schöne, hochwertige Deckenleuchter und viele, schöne Ölgemälde an den Wänden. Der Garten gleicht schon einem botanischen Garten, sehr viele Pflanzen und Accessoires und alles sehr gepflegt. Die große, neue Holzterrasse ist ein Zugewinn für das Haus, wir haben sie sehr geschätzt und häufig genutzt. Der Blick vom Grundstück/von der Holzterrasse auf das Meer war einfach wunderbar. Den Swimmingpool am Morgen und nach einem Tagesausflug zu nutzen war ebenfalls immer sehr schön. Kleines Manko: Die zwei neuen Einzelbetten im unteren Schlafzimmer sind sehr hart, wir konnten nicht darauf schlafen. Sie sind wohl eher für Kinder geeignet, da Kinder im Vergleich zu Erwachsenen ein deutlich geringeres Gewicht haben. Der Vermieter hat aber einen kurzfristigen Austausch der Betten versprochen. Auch sollte im Inserat erwähnt werden, dass es im Untergeschoss einen Bewohner gibt. Er hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, war sehr diskret und zurückhaltend. Trotzdem wäre es besser, wenn vorher darüber informiert würde. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr angenehm und freundlich. Alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt und in Cavalaire sur Mer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Erholsame Zeit in schöner Umgebung und einem sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Haus

Wir haben unseren ersten Frankreich-Urlaub nach langer Zeit (COVID-bedingt) sehr genossen. Dazu hat neben der schönen Umgebung und der Seeluft auch das sehr angenehme Ambiente der schönen, sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Villa beigetragen. Auch der virtuelle Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir werden das Haus gerne noch einmal mieten.

Superbe villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette superbe villa bien exposée et décorée avec goût. La qualité des prestations (équipement, propreté, jardin en terrasse), le calme et la vue exceptionnelle nous ont permis de nous ressourcer sereinement. Sehr gepflegtes und komfortables Ferienhaus mit schönem Meerblick und Garten

Gute Lage des Objektes, schöner Ausblick auf das Meer (nach Osten auf Bucht von Gigaro), hervorragende Einrichtung, sehr gepflegter Zustand von Haus und Garten, Ideal für Kinder, weil Pool unmittelbar auf der Terrasse liegt.

Superbe séjour

Super maison, conforme à la description sur le site. Très bien équipée, bien située et belle vue. Le jardin en terrasse avec toutes ses essences méditerranéennes est magnifique. La piscine est très agréable, et bien entretenue. Tout était parfaitement propre. Le propriétaire est très réactif, pas de souci de communication. Je recommande cette adresse et y retournerai volontiers

Excellent séjour à Cavalaire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa, qui était dans un état impeccable : très propre et avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. La villa est top, avec une piscine très agréable et une vue magnifique. Nous remercions le propriétaire qui a été très réactif et disponible.

Maison très agreable, fonctionnelle, avec terrasse, piscine et superbe panorama.

Une semaine partagée avec un couple d'amis ; la maison est ideale pour 2 couples (2 chambres en 1/2 niveau chacune avec salle de bains / toilettes). Cuisine hyper bien équipée, plancha exterieure. La terrasse est très agréable et la dimension de la piscine idéale. Malgré une petite péripétie liée à une surcharge électrique (ce qui nous a permis d'échanger de maniere fort sympathique avec notre hôte) notre sejour s'est idealement déroulé.
