About this property

This condo is light and bright with ocean colors of turquoise and green in a beach cottage décor. The ground floor corner unit is the closest to the Gulf - you can sit on the couch while watching the waves or step right out the Gulf-front patio onto the boardwalk to the beach. C5 opens up to a lovely grassy area for children to play, and has extra windows providing lots of sunshine, direct views of the sunset and a very spacious feel.

The condo is fully equipped with beautiful updates throughout. Enjoy the views from the kitchen as you prepare snacks for the day or whip up an amazing dinner. The stunning backsplash matches the blues and greens of the Gulf.

Sleeping up to 6 people, this unit has a king bedroom with TV, hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms are updated and modern with cool blue & bright white finishes, and tub/shower combinations.

The Palms of Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect view and location

The only remark I have would be that the bedding should be replaced. It seems a bit old. And curtains should be hung in front bedroom due to outside light shining in all night. Other than that, everything was great!

Beach retreat

Rooms are well maintained and mgt. is promptly on site when needed. The beach is just steps away with a view of the ocean and the sound of the surf.We liked C5 on the ground floor and no steps to climb with all our bags. The 2 chairs and sofa in living room need to be updated. Bed was good. Extra toilet tissue would be good. Overall a quality experience. We will be booking this room again in 2023.

Condo was good, but not impressed with Benchmark

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great, however, neither the beach gate code nor the pool gate code was provided. I had to jump over the pool fence to get out (after I was let in by another guest). We had been traveling for 12 hours, but early check-in not available and if you do they charge a fee (nickel and diming). Last, I left some clothes in the condo. I notified Benchmark immediately and filled out the “form”. It is now 6 days later and I cannot get an answer about the clothes I left. They keep saying “there’s a process”. How hard is it to let me know if the clothes are found or not? And one of the ladies I talked with was defensive and not friendly.

The condo is nicely decorated, cute and beachy and has a well-stocked kitchen for staying in and cooking. Close to restaurants and shops. It's a treat to sit on the back patio with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the water. Also, easy to get up last minute and make it out for sunrise too! Perfect for a couple or a family with kids. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time!

Great Beachfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at the Palms C5 condo but won’t be the last. Great first floor location with easy access to the beach. The condo was just like the photos online and beautifully decorated. Loved having two bathrooms. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker and was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook your meals if you didn’t want to eat at all the local awesome restaurants. Would recommend window treatments in the bedroom that blocks the outside building light and the sofa has seen better days. Overall great experience and would rent this unit again.
