Our beautiful beachfront contemporary condo is on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sandy beaches and emerald green water. This condo offers free beach chairs (2 chairs, 1 umbrella), each day of your stay, from March 15th to October 31st.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including two king beachfront master bedrooms that open to the balcony plus an additional 3rd king bedroom. We also have a brand new (2019) sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests. All bedrooms are equipped with high definition flat screen TVs. You will find your own private bath with beautiful upgraded granite counter tops for your ultimate luxury experience off of each master bedroom.

Our luxury condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar area.

Spend quality family time in the spacious living room that was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Relax and watch the large 42' High Definition flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi Access is also provided.

FULL SIZE front load washer and dryer are in the unit.

Last but not least, you will find the best balcony on the beach! A spacious gulf front balcony (10'x 42') 420 sq ft for you to experience the most incredible sunsets and beautiful views of the Emerald Coast.

Tropic Winds Resort is a 164 unit, 23 floor property with four floors of private parking located on the highly sought, west beaches of Panama City Beach, near the prime intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Only 12 miles to the New International Airport and 2 miles to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Tropic Winds has 330 feet of beach front property for you to enjoy the pristine sugar-white sand, emerald waters and warm gulf air.

Some of the wonderful amenities you will find for your enjoyment are free beach service, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, steam room, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. A spacious patio awaits you to come relax and enjoy the sun. One reserved parking space in the parking deck is included, with additional parking available across the street. We loved our stay. The balcony was amazing over looking the beach/ocean. The location was good as well. Traffic not as crazy in front of the building. Elevators were all working, and the one time (1out of 3) was out of service it was fixed very quickly. Parking was awesome with reserved parking spot. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms in the pool were always kept clean. My husband loved the steam room. Only complaint is the smoking… for a none smoking building the smell of cigarettes was everywhere (not all the time just every so often) - on the balcony, at the beach, and pool… people are inconsiderate. Don’t know why they book a stay at a none-smoking building if they want to smoke. Staff sure could step it up in that area. We have little kids. Cigarette smoke is toxic. Had to stay inside and couldn’t be on the balcony some days because of the smell. Disappointed by how cold the pool was, and because our kids are less than 12years old, we couldn’t warm up in the jacuzzi. It was COLD.

Family trip over 4th of July Holiday
Room 703 had everything you could need for a family. Box fans in each room for noise was an amazing surprise. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Beds were nice, rooms were big. Balcony was huge! Everything was exactly as described on the listing. Close to shopping and restaurants. We ran into no surprises or problems and the entire family enjoyed the stay.

We lost power to the Bedroom Fan/Light fixture after hours and the team was there first thing the next day to fix & resolve the issue. They were extremely polite & professional. March 2023 Stay
We had a lovely time! The condo was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Greta's Beach Rentals handling of the rental property was excellent. They answered all of our questions and the app they provided was very user friendly. Tropic Winds was very accommodating with a wonderful selections of amenities easily accessible on the grounds. we will definitely recommend this unit to others and plan on returning. Our grands are already asking if we can stay there again!

Had a large group of us with multiple rentals in the same building and this hosted dinner pretty well for 10-15 at once. Booking, building staff, beach staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Didn't hear anything from neighbors and was occupied on at least one side for our week stay. Non ripoff ice vending machine on first floor great for beach rollout. Only gripe would be the parking spot right next to the beach ramp. Would suggest that spot be given priority to NOT be occupied. We'll definitely keep this spot in mind for future stays

Perfect family vacation!
This condo was exactly as advertised. It is well maintained and very clean. The balcony is the highlight of this rental. It is very spacious and furnished well with a spectacular view. We were traveling with our adult children and their significant others and there was plenty of room for our party of six. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely return to this location if revisiting Panama City Beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very nice with all the comforts of home with the exception of the lighting! Low watt bulbs and could barely read or do puzzles at night. Very disappointed in the management company for not working with us to support a partial refund during a pandemic regardless of the “policies”. I was told “They could check with with the owner of the property about a partial refund but, they could have rented it out to someone else”. Never heard back, all they were concerned with is us following the rules and getting out by 10:00 am! Even the bigger rental companies went against their policies and issued refunds. There are banks that are delaying payments and govt. giving people money and GBR was worried about their commissions. Had some man screaming at the door and let himself in to show the property and said, “oh, I thought you checked out!” Daughter with 2 auto immune diseases and zero compassion, we ended up going by ourselves just not to loose money.
