The perfect 2nd floor studio condominium for a small family, friends, or romantic getaway. This unit overlooks the stunning pool and manicured grounds. Just 2 minutes down the road and you'll have your toes in the beautiful soft white sands and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You're sure to make this your spot to come back to year after year.

This comfortable little condo in a tropical setting sleeps 4 with a queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa. There's a full size kitchen and separate dining area - perfect for a home cooked meal. The bathroom is updated and modern and updated with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the private balcony with your morning cup of coffee or relaxing in the afternoon with the beverage of your choice. Updated and professionally decorated with local art and fun colors makes it a great place to lay back and enjoy the sun, sand and sea!

Head out of the complex and make a left onto Beachfront Trail. Take this road until it ends at your beach access, Walton Dunes.

Beachfront II:
Beachfront II complex is located on the south side of 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach. Enjoy sun drenched days and beautiful sunsets from your balcony. It's just a short walk to the sugar white sands. There are charcoal grills near the pool for the use of guests. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include plenty of grassy areas and picnic spots. Next to the pool is a large covered side deck. There is also a separate spa next to the large pool. For your convenience there are also coin operated washer and dryers on the ground floor.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Convenient and close to beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 9 nights in early May in this unit. The pros: clean, convenient, close to beach access, very nice pool, nice gazebo and very clean and neat grounds. Dog friendly.The cons: Refrigerator makes loud knocking noise about every 30 to 90 minutes for varying lengths day and night. This was true last year when we stayed at the same unit. Was hoping it would be fixed, but not. Very disturbing at night. Will not stay again for this reason. Also the toaster did not work. Parking is a little confusing. Half the cars took up 2 spaces under the units when it’s supposed to be 2 cars for the space. Footnote-cannot take you dog on beach anywhere except dog beach in PC at peer park- about 25minute drive.

Short Stay

The condo is listed with a Santa Rosa Beach address, but it’s actually in Seagrove Beach, a 30+ minute drive on very crowded 30A to what the map shows as Santa Rosa Beach, where other family was staying. The property had 3 issues which we tried to report to Benchmark Management, but their support line disconnected multiple times. One problem was with the fridge making a loud knocking noise randomly overnight, keeping us up. So we left and went to Santa Rosa Beach. I requested a partial refund from Benchmark but that was denied both verbally and in email. I’ll take our future vacation plans elsewhere.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wad clean, had everything we needed but could use some updates. Icemaker didn't work, there were ice trays. I called maintenance, they are aware but waiting for owner's approval to get repaired, they offered to bring a small icemaker but we used the Ice trays. Unit also had palmetto/roaches. We didn't see them until the last morning and then my husband killed three.

Was not clear whether you could park in the covered parking and some folks with very large vehicles occupied two covered spaces. Dog friendly was appreciated since we have a 6 lb Chihuahua but the beach was NOT dog friendly and this was a big challenge for us because we did NOT want to leave her alone in the unit. We found the "Dog Beach" in Panama City Beach. The other disappointment was the elevator was under maintenance so we could not use when leaving which was a lot of steps and work from the second floor. If occupants are older, as we are, this was a challenge and exhausting. Seems timing of this maintenance could have been scheduled in a lower volume time than end of April. These were our only concerns.

This is my third stay at this location. It will be my choice for as long as it is available for my beach vacation. I love that I can take my dachshunds and they are so used to the place now they are very well behaved and love the people they meet. The area is quiet and restful and all the people I have met are friendly. This is a hidden gem!

Honeymoon vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room met all of our needs and wants. However, parking was an issue due to half of the building being under construction the second day we were there. This marked off half the parking for all guests. The refrigerator in this particular condo made a sound like a golf ball dropping every 30-45 minutes which was particularly annoying at night. The last two nights the guests above us on the third floor ran back and forth starting about 1 AM.

Wonderful condo close to the beach

Wonderful location, just a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Perfect for a getaway with your fur baby. Communication with owner was great, very quick responses through email. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty bad

The worst vacation ever. Place was only by the bed.Urine smell in kitchen that we had to clean after our arrival. Bodily fluids on their blue couch. Place is roach infested(they were also coming out of sink-disgusting!)People above were stumping on floors all day and night for two weeks and dropping heavy stuff in the middle of night.After many complaints to management it got only worse.They kept shaking off dirt and sand every time we were eating on balcony(which has boards with lots of space in between so all garbage can fall on your head). Their last day they spilled whole bucket of water on my husbands head while sitting on balcony. Only one broke umbrella for the entire pool. Tiny strip of public beach available (all else is private) rental company takes half the space(right by the shore) for their chair and umbrella rentals. They claimed the best spots on beach while half of their chair rentals were empty. Beach was overcrowded and hard to find spot. Just awful
