Lakefront Cabin on Lake Hamilton minutes from downtown Hot Springs w/Boat Slip

The interior walls of the cabin are lined with rustic red cedar. Living area includes a 43" flat screen TV with streaming TV service. Living area seating is comfortable and includes a recliner, sofa, and reclining love seat.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor charcoal grill and grilling utensils available for use during your stay.
The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV, also with streaming TV service.
The upstairs loft contains two full size beds.
Renovated bathroom includes a tub and shower.
Full size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet.
Our cabin is one of several cabins that sits steps away from a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Access to an on-site boat ramp along with a private boat slip are available for your use, as well as a common area with swim beach, fire pit, volleyball net, basketball goal, and horseshoes. Please note that lake levels vary depending on the season. Fishing from the bank is available year round but boat slips and ramp will not be accessible in winter. *****Please note that from early November through February, lower lake levels will make the boat slips inaccessible. Boats can be parked on trailers behind the cabin and launched at a nearby public access ramp.
This cabin is the closest cabin to the swim beach and main common area. After a long day fishing or exploring, sink into the rockers on the front porch to enjoy a picturesque view of the cove and boat slips. You might even catch a glimpse of a bald eagle that frequently visits! This comfy cabin has everything you need to relax and unwind on Lake Hamilton! We do not have WiFi at the cabin. Cell phone service and 4G are available depending on carrier. Unplug, get back to nature and enjoy!
