In the heart of La Hume, nestled in lush greenery, this beautiful villa in the Capien ferret style will bring you the calm and relaxation necessary to fully enjoy your vacation.
It is ideally located for exploring the Arcachon basin, the Pilat dune, the ocean beaches, Arcachon, Le Cap Ferret… All the shops, the beach and the port are within walking distance.
It is a house completely renovated in 2018, including a large living room with its fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking the pool and its two slatted terraces.
You will have at your disposal three rooms with dressing entirely decorated in a very natural spirit. A beautiful bathroom with its walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a pantry complete this high quality set.
Parties are not allowed.
The villa is available for weekly or fortnightly rentals for the months of July and August.
