Kitchen with new appliances, cookware, AM/FM radio CD player under kitchen cabinet, First Aid kit, new dual coffee pot with 2 water tanks (Keurig & reg. coffee pot) & garbage disposal. Ceiling fans throughout unit (5). Keyless front door entry (combination lock/no keys). Front side of unit has 5 acre fresh water lake 25 steps away. Condo is pool side off back patio (10 steps & gated). Includes "all" bed linens & "all" towels. Back patio Renter's Storage Closet (unlocked), new blue charcoal grill, patio table/chairs & large umbrella with solar lights nightly usage.
Designated parking passes on top of frig (complete & place in car).
Trash curbside daily pick up (10am). Please no overnight trash bags outside. Check in is at 4pm and checkout time is 9:30 am.
