Waterfront in San Jose Del Cabo- Waves Crashing! Gorgeous Views Club Regina

This is a time share property on the water in Los Cabos. Always inquire with me first before confirming any travel plans. This property features a swim up bar, air conditioning, room service, and kid friendly activities. This is a Studio unit, with a soaking tub, and nice proximity to the resorts amenities. Views from the resort are ocean front, but the room view is not guaranteed, but likely!

This oceanfront resort is located in the southern end of the Baja California Peninsula. Club Regina Los Cabos features a front desk, a concierge desk, tour/ticket assistance, outdoor swimming pool, on-site restaurant.

Located where the Sea of Cortez blends with the Pacific Ocean, where it is typical to see whales breaching in front of the resort from November to March. The resort offers stunning vistas, in-room jetted tubs, and a convenient intra-resort transportation service. This architectural jewel of Mexico is set in a destination noted for its amazing contrast of beaches, desert and impressive ocean. Between the spectacular sunrises and colorful sunsets, Los Cabos has a wide range of attractions, like humpback whales, golf courses, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, desert by riding ATV’s, horseback riding, zip lining, and hiking.

Club Regina’s resort is nestled between two cities. You can visit the "touristy/party town" of Cabo San Lucas with its large shopping mall, souvenir shops, and plethora of nightclubs and bars; or explore Mexico’s culture in San Jose del Cabo, a more traditional Mexican town that has local restaurants and a thriving art scene. The art walk in the summer shouldn't be missed!

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. must be handled through the resort.

Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement or view once the reservation has been confirmed.
