Best location in all of Rome
Our family of 6 (children aged 18, 16, 13 and 10) stayed at Luigi’s apartment for 6 nights. The apartment is well appointed and the location is second to none. We cannot recommend this highly enough - fantastic!

One of the best appartments in Rome
By far one of the best appartments in Rome. The location was perfect, walking distance to the monuments. Great locals to eat and drink at below the apartment and a supermarket right across the road. Luigi was an amazing host, met us at the apartment was very accommodating and explained absolutely everything and organised airport transfers for a great price. The apartment had plenty of room for all nine of us!

Amazing apartment in amazing location!
Fantastic place to stay!!! The photos don’t do it justice…it’s gorgeous. It’s in a fabulous position, close to absolutely everything. The Coop supermarket is literally across the walkway and there’s a great gelato store a few doors down. The Trastevere area is just over the bridge with great restaurants. Luigi is an incredible host who attended to every question we had before we arrived and while we were there. We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks so much Luigi

Huge apartment, great location
Luigi's apartment is huge in size, especially in Rome and considering the convenient location to the Campo/Navona/Pantheon and Trastevere areas. All other sights are in easy walking distance. Luigi was a very helpful and accomodating host, always willing to assist in anyway he can. The apartment could however do with a little updating in terms of taps/showerheads, and a little decluttering to make it even more airy and large. Minor things to make a wonderful apartment perfect.

Fantastic location, great size and very comfortable
For our purpose, this apartment was perfect. My husband and I were taking his 90 yo mother back to Rome for a 3 week stay to revisit where she grew up as well as spend time with family. This apartment was 50m from the church she married in and 20m from the bakery she worked in as a teenager -so a totally nostalgic trip. It was large, spacious with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate living spaces, which allowed for relatives to visit for coffee, meals or occasional overnight stays. Luigi was a great host and checked on us a number of times to make sure all was well and if we had any needs he could help with. The only suggestion I would make is that the decor needs a little bit of an update, but that's only personal taste. It was very comfortable as it was. I would definitely recommend this apartment for families or groups of friends, especially for an extended stay as ours was. Thank you Luigi, we hope to return.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property. From the location to the amenities to the staff... everything exceeded expectations. The kitchen was so well appointed and the amenities added to our comfort. The flat provided more than enough space for our family of 5. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to each and every destination in Rome. I highly recommend this property.

This apartment is excellent. Its in a great location, has a lot of sleeping options, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, and wifi. Luigi was great, and he arranged for a private shuttle to and from the airport.

Excellent Rome Apartment
We just stayed at this property for four nights. The apartment is very spacious and well stocked with everything you need. There were five of us. Within easy walking distance to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Two great gelato places, pastry shop, supermarket and pharmacy across the lane. Luigi is a great manager and easy to work with on making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

We were very pleased with our stay at Pettinari House over the Christmas holiday. Two families of 8 adults were there and we had plenty of room. Luigi was a very big help before and during our stay. He arranged transportation to and from the airport and was happy to assist in any way he could. The rooms were spacious and the location was convenient for all the walking we did. We were happy to have stayed here.

An excellent place to stay in Rome!
This place is perfect for a set of friends or family. It is even larger than it appears in the photos, as everythign we needed and is in a perfect location. Luigi, who manages the property, is super-responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!

Amazing Stay!
For our first trip to Rome we could not have picked a more amazing stay! We were 6 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Luigi, was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The location is situated in a great area near shopping, restaurants, and close to most of the tourist locations. Overall, we all agreed we would stay there again!

Perfect location to see all there is to see in Rome.
We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, Luigi was fantastic. He communicated with us quickly and check in was easy and quick. The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us, 3 great bedrooms, large living area and the kitchen had all we needed. The LOCATION was perfect, a few minutes over Ponte Sisto to Trastevere ( cool part of town) and a very interesting 20-30 minute walk to all the main sites to see. The Campo de' Fiori market is only 5 minutes away and has everything you need. It is in the heart of the action so be prepared to enjoy all the fun (and sometimes noise) that comes with that. Rome Getaway
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Pettinari house was perfect! Perfect location! Close to all the sites we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere!! The home was spacious, secure and right across from Trastevere. Lots of eateries around there plus a small grocery store for essentials!! Luigi was a very gracious and accommodating host!!

Huge home in Rome
Huge 3 BR, 4 bed home in Rome that easily accommodates a group of friends or large family - we were six, aged 9-83 and we stayed 8 nights. Well stocked kitchen with table for at least eight. Great location between Campo dei Fiori and the pedestrian Ponte Sisto bridge to Trastevere, close to many restaurants and food sources and an easy walk to most sights. Incredible value. Host Luigi could not have been more helpful and responsive. Only small reservation - Street side BR a bit noisy on Saturday nights and the bed firmer than the others so not to all tastes.

Excellent Stay!
Luigi was an amazing host! He greeted us as soon as we got to the property and showed us around. The property was very clean with very spacious bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living rooms. The location was amazing! We were right next to many great shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome and would stay here again!!!

Wonderful Stay in Rome
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rome in this property. I am not sure if this could be located in a better location as everything that we wanted to see was a short walk away. While it was hot outside in late July, the air conditioning worked well and kept us cool at night. Luigi was a fantastic host who keeps a very clean and well taken care of property. He was very helpful when we had a delay in our departure flight, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Perfect Location
We spent 3 nights in Rome, and this apartment was in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to all of the attractions, but not so close that we were surrounded by thousands of tourists. Luigi was very responsive to all of our inquiries, made the check in process very easy, and made sure the apartment was very clean and ready for our arrival. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated after walking around in 40+ deg all day and worked well. And he provided great recommendations for food. Highly recommend!

Convenient location
The place and location were great. But If you’re sensitive with noise, that area is pretty loud. The big issue was that the buzzer kept going off every night and you would have to go down to the entrance to turn it off. Please fix that!

Great Stay in Rome!
We were very comfortable in this spacious apartment in a great location in Rome! There was noise from the street and nearby church bells during the day, but it got quieter at night. We were able to walk to most sights; we did easily get taxis to the Vatican Museum and to the Colosseum. We enjoyed the easy walk to Trastevere neighborhood restaurants. Gelato and grocery store are just steps away from the apartment! Luigi was a great host -- thanks for a great stay!
