Recently refurbished and comprise of a living room with sofa and dining area, a separate kitchen area with all the amenities you may need to cook a delicious meal (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hobs...) and a bedroom with a comfy double bed lined in clean linens. The apartment is airy and bright thanks to its large windows.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a modern sink. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided at your convenience.

Warning, the lift is located on the 1st floor. You will have access to the whole flat

Formerly a working-class neighborhood, the 11th arrondissement is today one of the “trendiest” districts of the capital, notably on the side of the Place de la Bastille with many bars with different atmospheres.

Nearest metro station: Breguet Sabin (line 5), just a 4 minute walk from the flat and Bastille (lines 1, 5 and 8), just 8 minutes away.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
