A spacious apartment with a large living area filled wall-to-wall with books for you to peruse and read, a plush sofa and TV to relax and unwind after a long day, and a dining bench to entertain yourselves during meal times.

The kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook a filling meal, with small conveniences like an oven, microwave and electric kettle readily available.

The three bedrooms and a double sofa bed can comfortably fit two each. The master bedroom is an ensuite with a queen-sized bed, while the secondary room comes with an elevated double bed. The third room has two singles that can be stacked on one another and suited for children. Hotel-quality linens are provided for a good night's rest.

The bathrooms have clean towels and toiletries provided at no extra cost and a washing machine to help freshen up your clothes quickly.

Cleaning and sanitation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Just a few minutes away from Mairie d'Aubervilliers and Aimé Césaire stations, explore La Villette, City of Science and Industry and discover the Anaïs Nin Garden, a tranquil spot for relaxation. Wander around the Square Claude Bernard, stroll Little Belt, and explore the Réserves du musée des Arts et Métiers. For an evening out, Arkose Pantin (ex MurMur) - Salle d'escalade de voie à Paris and LE FIVE Paris 18 offer great bars and restaurants. After dinner, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at TotalEnergies before heading home. With its many attractions, Aubervilliers is the perfect destination for a memorable experience.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Mairie d'Aubervilliers (line 12), is just a 12-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
