Quaint and tastefully furnished, this lovely flat on the 3rd floor with stair access is within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris!

Fitted with a plush sofa and armchairs, a dining area, and a work desk, relax in the living room after a long day in the city. You may even open the big window to enjoy the cool Parisian air!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and cutleries you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, a microwave, and an oven. There's even a washer for all your laundry needs!

The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided upon arrival.

The bathroom has all the amenities needed to freshen up, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The 18th arrondissement is centered around charming hilltop Montmartre ("La Butte"), a former artists' village once inhabited by Picasso and Dali, and home to the majestic Sacré-Cœur Basilica. There are sweeping views of the city from the steep, winding streets, while the iconic Moulin Rouge cabaret and the Studio 28, the Mecca of the 7th art that many celebrities have attended, draws tourists and nightclubbers.

Visit the Place des Abbesses where a magnificent children's carousel resides. Take a stroll in the Jehan Rictus Square, where you’ll find the Wall of I Love You. As you climb the hill of Montmartre, admire the famous Moulin de la Galette, the Place du Tertre, a landmark of Parisian artists, but also all the cobbled streets, pretty houses, and small hidden green spaces that make up the charm of Montmartre.

Don’t forget to visit the Montmartre museum and the vineyards or the exotic and colorful Goutte d'Or district.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Chateau Rouge (line 4) - just 5 mins away from the flat. There's also Marcadet - Poissonniers metro (lines 4, 12) that is just 7-mins away on foot. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
