The entrance door of this 42 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. It has been recently renovated and is located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) of a very secure building.

The living area is equipped with a quality sofa bed, a television, and a dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and more.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe will allow you to store your belongings so you can feel at home. Two fans are available.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate. A washing machine is also provided, along with an iron and an ironing board.

For your stay, you will be provided with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats, a kitchen towel, shower gel (one per person), soap, some coffee capsules, and tea bags.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The 6th arrondissement, a real Lyon lung with its Park and zoo. It is often described as the most chic district of Lyon with wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with a view of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It is also a shopping district, mainly around Cours Vitton.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
