I am a corporate pilot who loves spending my free time at the beach. When I am not flying I can be found Kite surfing at the Skyway bridge. I lave to spend time at the small local restaurants and bars like the Bait House which is just a short walk from this property. Use my beach cruiser or my paddle board that I leave at my property. Between the pro-baseball players and the Canadians that have stayed at my property, most have become friends for life
Why they chose this property
Why not? It represents the "Best of both worlds". Quiet island living with a grocery store and Aquarium across the streets and a short walk to one of rated best beaches in America.

Drive right up to the unit and park right into an attached garage that leads right into a kitchen all on the first floor. Enjoy relaxing in the courtyard outside your door.
