The living room and master bedroom open to the fully screened back lanai which overlooks the 9th hole! The master bedroom features large walk in closets and a fully updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Your guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom. There is also a laundry room and new air conditioning. One car garage is included. Enjoy all the amenities of home with luxury bedding, linens, kitchenware, etc… Beach towels, beach chairs, and a travel cooler are also available for your trips to the beach. My wife and I bought this property as a second home and live in another state and therefore we plan to rent when we are not able to travel to the condo.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this condo because it is perfectly suited for our family. We love the location of the condo because it is so close to many beaches and the community and golf course are very well maintained.
