Cozy house in Naples Park. About one mile walk to famous Naples white sandy beach. (A.C. IN ALL BEDROOMS! ). kitchen with all necessities. Safe and quiet area of Naples. Home has plenty of privacy but easy accessibility to anything you might want or need.
Sleeps at least 8, but 6 will feel better. Master bed with king . The rest of three mattresses are Comfortable Queen size in two different rooms. Get away from the cold and stay in this recently updated home that includes a screened porch with seating area, yard with portable bbq grill with dining area, Propane gas is not provided.

Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms beach home that is cooled with a through the central ac unit for all rooms. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals. We offer WIFI, premium cable package, and a comfy couch for TV watching.
Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip or a vacation by yourself. Each rooms with flat screen TVs.The neighborhood is really safe and quiet.

Guests have access to everything in the house; it's all there for you!

Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach and check out Food and Thought for healthy food and snacks! Old Naples is a must see as well. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!

Mercato new shopping area, movie, Wholefoods Market and restaurants less than 1 mile away!

Mercato is the New Naples Hot Spot. L.A. Fitness is 1 block away in the Pavillion Shops on Vanderbilt Beach Road offers Daily and Weekly memberships. Naples Cycles is also there with unique bike rentals such as Tandems. And another movie theater!! And perhaps that’s the true beauty of this lovely rental property: Even though it feels removed from all the hustle and bustle of the “real world,” it’s only minutes away from Naples famous beaches, parks, shopping, restaurants and night life.

This is where I stay when I spend time on Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggens State Beach Park that was rated one of the best beaches in Florida!

I will only interact with guests if needed as I want to respect their privacy. However I still need to do maintenance on the property so depending on the length of stay I may need to mow the lawn or access the shed. Highly responsive to email or text.

Good experience overall
We took a mom/daughter trip for the second year. It was more last minute so our other spot was full. This property was ok - could use some updates, fresh paint, etc. The housekeeper showed up the night before we were to leave and with our car still in the driveway - just walked right in. It was uncomfortable and she said the owner told her the wrong date for our departure.

Relaxed and rejuvenated
We enjoyed so many things about our stay in this home! It's nicely situated to easily do many of the things we like to do in the Naples area: beach, biking, shopping, church, pickleball. The house was great--lots of space and easy to keep clean. The beds are comfy, the kitchen had all the supplies I needed--even a fancy toaster, blender and waffle maker! Two nice bathrooms, big TVs in every room, and even a quiet office area. It was perfect for our two month stay! Oh, and the owners are delightful. They even let us pick and eat the papayas from the yard.

Plenty of clean space here. Large suply of towels and bed sheets. Quiet neighborhood, and of course the beach is awesome. Effective communication with owner or manager. Nothing negative to say here.

A dream haven't come true yet, it is struggling in actual life. Nevertheless, I am strong , and I want to meet more people to learn how to stay clams their lives after retirement, and I want to give the hospitality services to them as fair and reasonable prices. I love the beach, I love to watch the sunset and traveliing is my hobby.

It is fit for my descriptions, safe , quiet, respect and help each other, not too far and not too close the beaches, convenient to shopping for all needs within 3 miles.

What makes this property unique

I provides the very honest service and treat all my guests with respect. Most of my guests are retired guests , fit for them ,easily access for them as they need , since I lives in very close distance , and a place to call as their second home and they come back yearly, contracted for three moths from Jan last week to end of April. therefore , these date are my dearly guest from Michigan and Boston and always looked there date for them. Sorry for the guest who want to booked that time frame.
