THE LIVING AREAS

This sprawling single family home has an open concept floor plan where the living room, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for hanging with your entire group. All along the back of the house are walls of glass that reveal your very private poolside paradise with exceptional views of the San Joaquin Mountains.

Lounge at the pool on the 7 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that flank the saline pool . There is an integrated tanning shelf, 8 person spa and 2 pool floats for getting the maximum tan! Grill and eat an amazing meal as you watch the sun set over the mountains, or just relax reading a book on the comfy outdoor Restoration Hardware couches.

Entering the front door you’re welcomed by high exposed beam ceilings, beautiful white tiled floors, and walls of glass.

The open Living/Dining room area features Restoration Hardware furnishings, large 65” HDTV, a dining table with seating for 8, and sunken bar equipped for the mixologist in your group. The Kitchen’s sleek new cabinetry, marble backsplash and stainless steel appliances await the master chef. The center island provides plenty of prep space.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS

There are four master king bedrooms with European bedding, flat screen televisions, ample storage and Casper mattresses. Three masters are en suites with deluxe master baths.

The main master bedroom has a deluxe master bath with walk in shower with direct access to the pool and spa area. Enter the second master through double french doors is an expansive space with it’s own fireplace. The third master bedroom has a large bathroom with soaking tub and a private lanai. The fourth master is extremely bright with floor to ceiling windows and deluxe bathroom with walk in shower.

Driving your Tesla over from LA- no worries this home has it's very own charging station, a real time saver.

UTILITIES:
For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter for an additional $50.00 per day plus the city tax.
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
