Located 3.5 blocks from the new Pleasure Pier in Galveston. Home has FREE private parking, sleeps 16, has central AC and heating, has a large open kitchen with all new appliances( refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer), 5 queen size beds, 1 king, 1 twin size daybed with a pull out trundle also twin, queen sofa sleeper and three full bathrooms. Back yard has park style grill, picnic tables, an outdoor shower and large deck to relax, enjoy and create memories. If you need to travel light, no worries there is a washer and dryer waiting for you. Hair dyers in each bathroom and lots of space. One of the few that are handicap friendly.

Fully equipped spacious beach house

This was the perfect house for our family of 13. There was plenty of space and the house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great communication with the host and the check in and check out was smooth.

Family getaway

We had a great time staying here we have a large blended group and this home gave us all our own space but felt so cozy. And when we had an issue with the A/C Ethel had it handled the next day!

USMC reunion

A dozen of us stayed for a long weekend. The house was just what we needed. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room was big enough for the whole group to sit and socialize. The house is located close enough to walk to the beach, and very near to restaurants and attractions. It was perfect for our group to get together for a long weekend.

Fishing and Fun!

This was centrally located for all our needs! The property was clean, the beds were perfect! We had 5+ couples staying and there was plenty of room for everyone! Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Place Close to the Beach

We had a really nice time at this house. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of near by restaurants. The ocean was really rough and it was quite windy every day which caused us to be a little cold on the beach. The neighbors were very friendly as well!

Exceeded our expectations!

This home is huge with plenty of space for a large family. It was very clean, had everything we could think of in the kitchen to cook with. The kids loved making s’mores over the fire pit and I loved how close we were to everything. We didn’t have to drive anywhere and we had plenty of parking. Would love to go back soon!

There was some A/C problems. Ethel, the owner, got the issue resolved for us so we could enjoy the rest of the week. The house had everything we needed for the stay. Love the house!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This property was just what my family needed for a week's getaway for fun and sun! It was spacious and there was room for all 14 of us. It was the perfect location to the beach and to Pleasure Pier. The house is older and could use some updates, but it had plenty of charm and was very comfortable. We loved that the bathroom on the main level was handicapped accessible (you don't often find that). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and cups for our group - the only thing that there could have been more of were teaspoons and pots to cook in. There were plenty of skillets and baking sheets! We grilled outside several nights and enjoyed the big back deck. The parking was good as well and we were able to park 4 vehicles out back with no difficulty. We really loved this house and would definitely book it again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family - it was just what we needed for a week of relaxation, family time, and memory making!

Perfect place for a family reunion

Fabulous location near beach, shopping, and pleasure pier. Great for a family reunion. Wonderfully wheelchair accessible. Great for kids. Seven bedrooms, three baths, lots of space. Huge kitchen. It couldn’t have been better!!!

Perfect for our family

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for us. We had elderly grandparents, adults, a teenager, kids, and two toddlers with us. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Pleasure Pier, even with toddlers. It's a great location! The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Cooking in the kitchen was so easy thanks to the thoughtful stocking of kitchen and dining items. We did a lot of cooking! There were plenty of comfortable bedroom. We loved the charm of the house and we had a wonderful time sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. It's a great property.

Birthday party

Surprise gathering for my fiancé Everything was nice however getting the key out of the lock box and back into the lock box was a challenge I almost broke my finger nail! Working the television was also a challenge in addition to the batteries was out in most of them. Other than that everything was great. The owner was very helpful

Thanksgiving 2021

We enjoyed our stay in Galveston. The VRBO was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. There was lots of bedrooms for everyone in our group. It was well supplied. We would recommend clearing a kitchen cabinet for guests to use to store some supplies but overall we’re happy with everything.

The house couldn’t be any better location wise. It’s very spacious. One a few things. The lighting in the backyard hardly works. Also the faucet sink in the restroom downstairs the handle is broken

Mini-Family Reunion

The house was beautiful and so welcoming! It still has the original character throughout the entire house. The pretty updated bathrooms and kitchen made it more inviting and accommodating. We loved the two refrigerators. The rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable. The beach and Pleasure Pier was just a short walk away. Although pretty hot in the middle of July, the deck was spacious and a fun place where the whole family gathered for beautiful memories.

Pretty home

The house was clean and spacious, great for a large group. The air conditioning in the kitchen and main area could not keep up with the 100 degree temps but the bedrooms stayed cool. The deck was nice and the location to the beach was great. Watch the coffee pot, we had to prop a spoon under to get it to drain. Everything else worked great.
