Clos des Aigrettes, all inclusive formula for a pleasant stay
It is an old fisherman's house completely restructured and renovated in 2019 by an Architect.
We offer the rental of 5 apartments for 2 to 6 people, just 50 m from the Port of La Cotinière and 200 m from the beaches.
Our apartments are pleasantly decorated in soft colors and equipped for your comfort!
Each apartment has its private terrace.

Clos des Aigrettes is an old fisherman's house completely restructured and renovated this year by an Architect.
"Arrive without stress, leave full of energy": this is our leitmotif. Indeed, so that you make the most of your stay, the beds are made on your arrival as well as the cleaning is done after your departure. In addition, bathroom and kitchen linen are also provided.
The most important thing for us is that you feel Au clos des Aigrettes as
at your house. Besides, would you like a coffee or tea to relax on your arrival? No worries: it's at your disposal.
We try to provide our guests with all the practical equipment they may need. But in addition, we add comfort equipment; all this naturally in the service of your pleasure.
Charming apartments, cocooning, for idyllic holidays!
Large interior space, very bright with simple and neat decoration. No opposite. Private terrace with its garden furniture and its flowerbed.
Functional equipment:
* 2-burner ceramic glass, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge 140 with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, soup mixer, quality dishes.
* washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, Karcher vacuum cleaner.

* Television
* WIRELESS
* professional BULTEX technology bedding,, RAPIDO sofa bed (aloe vera fiber mattress), cot with its baby mattress.
Arrivals and Departures
In order to ensure the best service, arrivals will be from 5:00 p.m. This is why we ask our guests to vacate the gîte before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Indeed, this amplitude is necessary for us both to ensure the cleaning of the entire housing as the preparation of beds or even the possible repairs in case of damaged equipment, ...
However if you have time constraints do not hesitate to contact us and we will always find a solution.
