Full kitchen with beautifully updated bathroom and bedroom. We have everything you need including extra linens and a kitchen stocked with all the non-perishable daily necessities for dining in as well as full size, in unit laundry. Featuring a shared gym with treadmill, elliptical, free weights, and a yoga space with views of the Turnagain Arm and Pacific Ocean. The gym also boasts a gorgeously remodeled full bathroom. This property is an apartment on the 3rd (lowest) floor of a three story home (Not a basement unit).
A great spot to relax and rejuvenate while exploring south central Alaska!
5 minute drive to the Potter Marsh Wildlife Preserve boardwalk.
10 minute drive to the Flattop & Glenn Alps Trailhead with trails ranging from easy to moderately difficult.
2 hour drive to Seward and 1 hour to Wasilla & Palmer.
