This 4 bedroom private home is the perfect property for your vacation destination. Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants as well as a short drive to Anna Maria Island this location has it all! Enjoy the outdoors? Taking strolls along Palma Sola Blvd will not be a disappointment with sweeping views of the Bay around every corner! Bringing a boat? Store the trailer in the driveway and drop it off around the corner at Kingfish Boat Ramp.

This 4 bedroom home is centrally located minutes away from the best beaches in Florida! When walking into the property you instantly notice the nice large open floor plan that is perfect for your family gathering. The living room has sufficient sitting space for everyone in the house and also has a 65in 4K TV.

The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. The top floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom which comes with a King bed and flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twins. The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and comes with a Queen bed and flat-screen tv.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
