Situation, presentation: the longère (located due south) is located in the town of Riantec, in a charming village close to the picturesque and green site of the chapel of Saint Jean (in the heart of the hiking trails of the town).
It has just been completely renovated (the works just finished at the end of 2019). We did everything to keep it authentic.
In a superb setting, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the sea (the small sea of Gâvres is 5 minutes, the peninsula of Gâvres and Port-Louis at 8 minutes).
We will be there to welcome you (us or someone from our family).
You will reside in the main part of the farmhouse (the only one converted into housing).
You can have one of the outbuildings (or a ping pong table will be at your disposal), a terrace (with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and of course the entire garden
Description of the cottage: on the ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious "room - living room" of 60 m2, 1 bedroom (160x200), a bathroom (with walk-in shower and a WC), another small room for the washing machine.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom (with 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (with 2 90x200 beds) with box spring that can be connected.
Another room can possibly be used as an extra bedroom (with, for example, the provision of a baby bed and changing table.
Also upstairs, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
In terms of additional equipment, possibility:
- rental of sheets (10 euros per bed) "optional service"
- rental of bathroom linen (10 euros per "optional service" service
Ideal place to rest and relax, it is also an ideal place to explore our beautiful region:
In the immediate vicinity:
-Riantec and the little sea of Gâvres (paradise for fishermen on foot)
- Port-louis, its citadel, its ramparts, its beaches and its Tuesday night market in summer
-the site of the peninsula of Gâvres in Quiberon, classified "great site of France"
- Plouhinec, its typical small ports of the Vieux Passage, Magouer and its immense beaches
- The Ria d'Etel with the magnificent site of Saint Cado and the Barre d'Etel
Without forgetting the essentials (a few kilometers away):
Lorient, the city of sailing and its interceltic festival, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, the nearby islands (Groix, Belle ile, Houat, Hoedic ...), Auray and the entire hinterland of our department.
