Welcome to "Surf Shack", your ultimate beachfront escape! This 8 bedroom/7.5 bathroom gem is designed for effortless relaxation, with room for up to 26 guests to enjoy spacious living, endless ocean views from balconies on every level, and endless fun in the private pool and garage game room. With a fully equipped kitchen and every detail catered to, Surf Shack is the perfect place to gather family and friends for an unforgettable coastal retreat!
On the beach side of the ground floor is a full kitchenette with an indoor/outdoor serving bar and small sitting table. It also has a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV and a full bathroom with large walk-in shower. The backdoor opens up to your very own private beachfront pool with couch lounge seating as well as your outdoor grilling area. There is also a putting green located outside the pool deck area. Need to escape the Florida heat or just hang out indoors? Head on to the garage game room and you'll find a pool table, foosball table, and shuffle board game.
The first set of bedrooms is located on the second floor. One of them has a queen over king bunk bed and the other has a king bed, each with their own private full bathrooms. There is also a full washer and dryer set located here. The open-concept area on the beachside has your fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area offering a completely furnished walkout balcony overlooking the pristine coastline. With an additional outdoor dining table (with seating for 6), this spot was meant for wining and dining in the sunset!
Up the stairs on the third floor are additional bedrooms as well - a king room on the street side with a full private bathroom, a queen over queen bunk bedroom and then two beachfront rooms that share a furnished walkout balcony (one with a king bed and one with a twin over twin bunk and queen bed), each of these rooms also has their own private full bathrooms as well.
The top floor has a small sitting area just as you come off the stairway. On the North side is a multi-bed room featuring two queen beds and two twin beds (sleeps 6) with an in-room vanity plus a connected full bathroom. On the beach side is a king master suite featuring a large seating area, beautiful en-suite with oversized walk-in shower, double vanity and separate claw foot soaking tub. This room also has its own walkout balcony for pristine views of the Emerald Coastline.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Soul Surfer" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

Surf Shack requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Fall Break: October 5-October 12 (Saturday-Saturday)
2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Friday - Friday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
