Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing
When I arrived to the resort I was informed that the host failed to enter my reservation into the computer which almost resulted in me not having a parking pass or beach access. I then went to my room and was very disappointed by the following things…
1. The refrigerator didn’t start getting somewhat cold until my 3 day there.
2. The pillows were very flat and did not have pillow cases on all of them.
3. The tv is extremely small and would have been very difficult to see even from the bed if it had worked because I was not informed that there was no tv/cable in the room. There is a dvd player but no movies to watch so it made for a very quiet stay.
4. The room phone does not work at all.
5. The very heavy sliding glass door is off track and almost impossible to open and shut without risking getting a hernia or pulling a muscle!!!
6. There are several pieces of the blinds missing which also makes it impossible to have any privacy for dressing considering there’s always kids playing at the basketball court which is directly outside of the balcony door.
7. The water pressure in the shower was so powerful that it was almost painful.
For as much money as I paid to stay in this room for 3 days, I expected it to be a little better.
