Phoenix East -Great stay!
We had the best time. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. The condo was very clean and very conveniently located. Check in was easy and staff very friendly. No wait times and not overly crowded. We will be back!

Great stay to wrap up summer break
The property was just as advertised. Spacious and clean, with a beach aesthetic. Great view from the balcony. Loved the bunk beds in the kids room. They even had board games and extra beach toys (shovels) available to use. A little more direction with take-out trash instructions. The master bedroom mattress was very soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference of course. Overall great stay and beautiful views. Will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The convenience of being right on the beach and also having the splash pad and indoor pool was so great with having my 2 year old daughter with us. We will definitely be staying there again for our next trip!

Quick Fall Break Trip
Overall - we loved our condo & the beach access!! I would come back again. We did have one elevator down while we were there that slowed us down a bit here & there.

Most Staff Not friendly
Stayed Oct 5-8 for a wedding. Condo was great just as described. I’m not one to complain but the Brett Robinson staff at property was not friendly at all. Only the desk clerk was friendly on the day of check in to get parking passes. Which parking passes at $55 is ridiculous should be prorated for length of stay at least or included. Security guard was rarely at gate. One elevator stayed down for one whole day during the week. Probably will not stay here again. Sad since condo was nice. Unhappy guest with property management.

Excellent property. Bad master bed
Everything about this property was great except for the master bed. It was absolutely horrible. Couldn’t move or flip over without loud creaking and springs popping. Disappointed that at this price level, the bed was really bad. Otherwise all other aspects were fine.

This was a great place to stay for a short vacay. Property was well maintained. The condo could have been cleaner and the noise level at night is not great for young children.

Great Stop For A Motorcycle Rest And Concert At The Warf
Title says it all. We were looking for a place on the beach for a long weekend and saw a concert at The Warf. Location was central to a lot, but not within walking distance of much, which we didn't expect. The location is nice at the pass with quiet evenings and mornings.

Perfect getaway
This unit is beautiful. The views are amazing. It was a dream to wake up and see the ocean from our bed. The unit is exactly as pictured. Very lovely, clean, and peaceful. It has of dreaming about living on the water. The check-in process super easy. The check-out process was super easy but I would have liked a confirmation email or text confirming check-out. Again the process was that easy. The con we had is that we had to leave.

Nice, but would stay somewhere different next time.
The view from the balcony was gorgeous, that was my favorite part. The condo was nice but outdated. The rooms were a good size. There was sand in the sheets of the bunk beds. The people next to us smoked pot a lot so the kids couldn't enjoy their time on the balcony. The cleaning lady showed up before our 10 am checkout and was rude. I sent a few messages to the owner with questions and received no response. We enjoyed our stay but for that price, will stay somewhere else next time.
