At Pier Park you’ll find chain retailers along with unique locally owned boutiques. and restaurants such as Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville , Back Porch, Pompano Joe's, Panera Bread, Dave & Buster's and many more. During the summer you can also enjoy free concerts for the whole family. Attention Baseball & Softball Players: We are one of the closest condos to the Frank Brown Sports Complex. Enjoy the beach and pool in between your games. Close to Winn Dixie, Publix, Target and Wal-Mart for those who like to do their own cooking. Family on fall break
Property needs updated. Paint peeling on bathroom cabinets, cracked peeling ceiling in bathroom, range burners can’t be adjusted. Always on high burn. many light bulbs out, All towels stained. Old rugs that were dirty. We washed them. Entire condo dirty. Trash under tables and couch. No trash bags other than one in can. Resort is great. Pools and hot tubs awesome. Very close to beach and restaurants.Will stay in diff condo next time. Owner needs to invest a little money. Love the resort. .

The location of the condo was perfect, beautiful view and right on the beach. We were excited to find extra beach toys for the kids in the laundry room. The only issues we had was the master bath door would not shut, the other bath door was difficulty to lock/unlock, and both bathtub drains did not drain well. The property owner was quick to respond, but maintenance never came to work on any of the issues that we were aware of. Overall, owner is responsive and condo location is great!

The place was nice. When we first got there the floor was soak I’m guessing from mopping. We threw a towel down and soaked it up. There was an issue with the sink but that was fixed quickly. The bathroom door in the master bedroom didn’t shut at all so it couldn’t lock. As a mom whose kids want to be with me allll the time that drive me insane never being able to go to the bathroom in private. Overall the place had everything we needed/wanted and more. 7th floor is perfect. Too much higher you’d have to deal with waiting on the elevator. You can use the chairs outfront by the beach which was nice. She also has a ton of other sand toys and chairs etc. which is super great. We loved the building, unit and location to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as described. Good for a family with kids. Great location! Great communication with property manager, anytime I messaged her I’d get a response within minutes. Heated pool and hot tub was great since when we visited it was still a little chilly outside.

2022 beach trip
We love staying at Sunrise Beach and this condo fit our family perfect! Roomy enough for nine people without feeling crowded! It was clean and well stocked.

Overall it was ok. But the ladder to the bunk bed was barely attached and actually the entire top bunk was u safe the mattress is too tall and the top rail was wiggling. I move my table side lamp and found dirt and trash under it. The blankets and chairs had rips and tears. The wash and dryer were awful. The facility itself was clean and it was nice to have the security guards and the pool area was great and so was beach access.

Loved our stay. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that some things worn out like the couch, but we have found that's typical with condos unless they state new. Place was beautiful. Would definitely come back.

Red no more!!
Pictures on website should be updated. Paint color has changed to a neutral tan color. No more red!! The paint color change was a nice surprise for us. Plus updated kitchen table and coffee table. The carpet is ready for cleaning or replacement. Other than the carpet being stained, it was a nice condo and great location. Property staff was nice, always cleaning and walking the property. We would recommend this location.

Great stay!!
We had a great experience after having to switch plans quickly due to hurricane Sally. Judy was great to work with and the condo was a good find!!
